Amazing store with great selection of titles. Every time I come in I find something I've been looking for. Makes the trip worth it. Only dinging one star because of an awkward interaction when checking out last Saturday the 23rd, where the employee didn't say a word to me the entire transaction, and even got up in the middle of it for a few minutes. Incredibly awkward.

I love this place. After coming in for a while to see the ups and downs I can definitely say this is the best of the two locations I've made it to so far and already consider it my main stop. The staff makes me feel welcome and they're very knowledgeable. Anytime I have an issue they sort it out then and there. Amazing atmosphere. Friendly staff. This is my favorite place.

Great store, amazing staff. If you're looking to do a trade in, don't go anywhere else, I even come from Greeley just for this store. Nick and Rob in particular are awesome!

Took our 6 year old in to spend some money he earned and the associates were super friendly and patient with him as he picked out some items and paid on his own. Thank you for making this such a positive experience for him.

I adore this place. The staff is great, they usually have what I am looking for and their retro games are amazing. Only place I can honestly say I've seen a working Phillips CDi with games.

Good retro game store. Their prices are usually equal to or less than what you can find on eBay, but without the usually terrible eBay experience. Associates are friendly and knowledgeable.

Probably my least favorite games ahoy. People here in particular don't know what they're talking about, and are rude as well. Dude that's usually here says 'how can I help you' as you walk in the door. Strange thing to say as half of my body is still outside, how about a simple 'Hello'. Another guy tried saying a Wii sensor bar is 'getting hard to find'. Like, you realize the Wii is top 5 of all time best selling home consoles right? We're not talking about a jaguar CD (doubt he'd know what that is).Can we talk about how Games Ahoy has a policy that if you buy something BRAND NEW from them and don't end up needing it, they straight up won't take it back? What policy is that? Who in 2023 has a policy that buying something brand new means you can't return it (literally tried it after buying it the same day).Imagine buying a new toaster, and then you find your old one and want to return it the same day and a store is like "Yeah, we can't do that". I understand opening a video games is one of thing, but a $10 3rd party memory card you can't return?I want to point out that I love games ahoy, I've been coming for at least 10 years, but the policy and this store in particular are both things that I desire more from. It's great that you're selling retro stuff, and I love watching the success of the other Loveland store and Fort Collins store. However, let's get a little more customer focused with returns (ease up a bit) and don't try to act like an expert if you actually don't know what you're talking about.

Love this place! We will definitely be regulars here’s for now on! Rob was a huge help and went above an beyond. Set me up and made some great recommendations on good deals. Very reasonable prices, the selection there is amazing, cleaning services or battery fixes, etc. This is my go to place now and a huge thanks to Rob!

They are always so friendly and helpful here. They gave us a great deal on trade in items and they had a great selection.

We love this store, great prices, lots of games. The Bald cashier named Buck I think, is extremely rude and has ZERO interest in customer service. Everyone else there is very nice.

Great place! Much freindlier and more helpful than gamestop. They sell games for any console you can imagine it was nice to be able to get some nes games from a store again.

It was ok. The selection was nice. But every employee (and this day there were 4 of them) seemed to be too busy and slightly annoyed that my son and I needed to pay for our game. Based on how that unpleasant situation played out, I would probably go somewhere else first and use this as a backup. The cute younger girl that came in as we were leaving didn't seem to be having any issues getting help.

Amazing store! Everything is priced reasonably and they have a lot of neat retro games and gaming items. Modest selection of TCG cards, tons of games and gaming accessories, and many nice plushies from Japan. All the employees were friendly. I went to all 3 locations and this one was my favorite. Even if it was smaller than the Ft Collins location, it was active and had good stock. I got a Pokemon plush that's in pristine condition.

There is one female employee we have had multiple experiences with and she's rude this last Sunday was so far the worst. We sold them a game and she was trying to not take the cord cause there was no gutair with it. Well duh you buy your own guitar and hook it up to the Playstation through the cord to play. She was kinda arguing with my boyfriend cause obviously she didnt know that particular game. If they are gonna buy games maybe they should either research about them real quick. Overall anytime she's there it's the worst experience.
