Do not bank here! After my old credit union got dissolved into this bank I've had NOTHING BUT trouble. Got my card stolen was told I can come by on Saturday to get a new one since I work all week . I live 45 minutes away and drove out here just to find that only the drive thru is open and they can do new cards in the drive thru. This place is not worth it! Seriously about to quit

What a joke of a bank. I mean, banks, in general are ridiculous, but this one should be shut down. 3% to cash a check? This is the most ridiculous place I’ve ever seen. No wonder I’ve never heard of them.

I have been a member for a couple of years. The service is great and they are very knowledgeable. I look at the negative reviews and have to believe that they are written by non-members (the 3% check cashing fee), or members who have difficulty with their accounts due to their own issues and want to blame a bank. Some just don't understand a process or procedure, they just need to ask.This is the best bank (credit union) I have known.

Do not waste your time with this credit union. They’re unprofessional and have no proper training. My husband and I came in last week to apply for a loan IN PERSON and we were told that yes they did do the kind of loan we were apply for (loan for a semi truck) so my husband filled out the application right there in person and we were told it would take up to one or two days to hear back, when we hadn’t heard back we called and we’re not able to get ahold of the loan offer Nichole (who told us they did provide loans for semis) I had to call the operator to get connected to her just for her to tell me she had just sent the file upstairs and she was waiting to hear back if it was approved, when we finally heard back we were then informed they DO NOT do loans for Semis and that she was sorry, this is absolutely unprofessional for a LOAN officer to not even know what kind of loans they provide and allow customers to have hard inquiries put on their credit just to be told oh sorry we don’t actually do those kind of loans and when I called to talk to a manager all she said was “Yaaa sorry, she did ask me and I told her I didn’t think we did those kinda loans” just got her to go ahead and run our credit anyways. Probably better get some proper training done before you guys do something like this to someone else, it doesn’t affect you but it affects the person coming to you!

Do not bank here. They pretend to be a small community friendly bank, and the employees are all nice enough,. But this credit Union practice is a policy of predatory overdraft fees. , will overdraft your account even when they're supposed to decline the payment comama find a bank that doesn't charge overdraft fees and don't waste your money on the illusion of customer service.

nice people always friendly, however the way they handle direct deposits (ie: only coming in after 8am even though they were sent at 3am, I'm already at work by 7) and today found out that all atm deposit transactions even cash are held for a few days...yes even cash, this is by far the most deal breaking thing that might push me to close the account even though i've not had it open long. i do alot of atm stuff so i don't have to deal with people......

Great new location, easy to access with friendly staff. I felt comfortable asking banking questions and did not feel rushed. Highly recommend!

Worst bank ever. We have deposited cash in the atm two times and they have placed holds on atm cash deposits. I have never had a bank treat anyone like this.

Absolute worst bank that I have ever been with. We switched from Chase to them a few months ago and it has been a terrible experience. We deposit cash and they put holds on it. We put cash in the atm and funds are not immediately available like any normal bank. They say they have no monthly fees but they make up for that by charging fees for everything under the sun. They don't have reps available except from 9-5 Monday thru Saturday. What f someone steals our account number on a Saturday or Sunday evening? We wouldn't even be able to reach anyone until Monday morning. We are going back to Chase where we at least know we have a bank that cares.

They need to fix their website hours. They’re unclear and cannot help you out at the drive thru between 8:30 and 9:00.

I work here at the Loveland location, but even if I didn't, this would be my credit union. I have no problem representing my credit union, because our culture as a business so closely aligns with my own. I love working here!

I have been with this bank since I was sixteen, Iam now thirty two, The staff is incredible, there all very kind, family type atmosphere, Fast service, best bank in town.

Awesome bank and extremely helpful. They assisted with me getting funds sorted and in my hands for a house purchase and they are just a co-op of my bank. I will be looking into switching over to them shortly after the new location is up and running! Thanks again!
