“I had started my account with them about the time covid started. But had forgotten about it and had done nothing with it at all. And true to their commercials they never once tried to shut me down or scream for some kind of payment. When I realized that I had neglected that account so badly I went in to straighten out my assumed mess. They were all very friendly and helped me through everything and now I have 2 accounts in good standing and have discovered that there are still a couple of places that stick to their word and do what's right. If I was looking for a place to roost bank wise ENT would be my choice like they say act like you own the place.”

Unfortunately his capacity does not allow him to know what he is doing most of the time but the staff at this bank helps him out greatly and even communicates to me when he is having difficulties. “I have been a member for a couple of years. The service is great and they are very knowledgeable. I look at the negative reviews and have to believe that they are written by non-members (the 3% check cashing fee), or members who have difficulty with their accounts due to their own issues and want to blame a bank. Some just don't understand a process or procedure, they just need to ask.This is the best bank (credit union) I have known.”

I really don’t understand the negative reviews for this branch. The only reasoning I can devise is that they’re either the result of a very unusual event or a complete misunderstanding by customers of the rules & regulations regarding how banking works and the procedures that bank employees must follow.
My experience with Bank of Colorado, and this branch specifically, has consistently exceeded my expectations for personal service, friendliness, and care.
To a person, the staff there are courteous, helpful, and efficient. Matt, Sheila, Donna, Sheena, Lilly, etc. are all friends that I trust with both my personal and business banking needs. Matt is a super star with Trusts and business accounts. Sheila, my go-to for personal accounts, stepped up and became an advocate when one of my accounts was randomly targeted by an out-of-state fraud group. (She helped get all of my money back.) And, Donna is the rock upon which my daily transactions, Notary needs, and all else in the banking world relies upon. This team consistently and unequivocally makes me feel valued as a customer like no other bank I’ve had accounts with in the past.
For these reasons and many more… plus over a decade of reliable, consistent, and stellar service, I recommend Bank of Colorado and the Loveland Eisenhower branch.”
“My wife and I were setting up new accounts at this bank and the customer service (Eydee) and the Branch Manager (Dana) were so friendly and informative. We are “old school” people and rather than shaming us, they helped explain use of apps, direct pay,etc in a very friendly manner. The interest rates are competitive and the entire experience was pleasant. Well done!”
