I have been banking at FNBO for nearly 50 years. I often HAD recommended FNBO as a bank with exceptional customer service. I will no longer recommend FNBO to anyone.FNBO would not do a Medallion Guarantee Stamp for me as a 48 year customer for a simple beneficiary form.I am disappointed that FNBO is not the bank it used to be.

Horrible customer service. Gentleman in office to right as you walk in essentially kept saying, “I can’t help you with that”. If you had a zero stars or negative, I’d choose that. And inability to communicate with their very own visa company when we had problems. We’ve been with this branch for over 15 years. All good things come to an end we are going with chase where they seem to care.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK. Had an account with them for over 3 years. They ruined my credit score in one night. I had an unused bank account with them after moving out of state. When I called to close my account they asked about a credit line I didn't realize was still active. It had been incurring debt without my knowledge. Dropped my credit score 69 points just over this. Even after reading and paying the pending $125 debt immediately once I was made aware. It didn't matter by that point. They do not care about their customers or "members" and I know this was done specifically because I was closing my bank account with them and had mkved away. When I make my way there again...I will find the banker who took this action against me, I will personally take the action I feel necessary against you. This I promise.

Very helpful and I am not a FNBO account holder (Yet). I had a banking issue and just popped in to see if they could help and 5 minutes later it was all taken care of. Thanks FNBO and the staff. My main bank won't help unless you have an account so it was nice to see that the Nebraska way of doing business is still alive. I am thinking about changing banks!

Avoid this branch at all costs. Michelle and Caitlyn have the world’s largest attitudes. We pulled up to the drive through line to make a deposit and she started screaming and talking down. Then Caitlyn had the nerve to defend Michelle for screaming at clients.
