Purchased a vehicle warranty. Took vehicle in for mechanical issues. The repair facility called the warranty company who then said that the warranty doesn’t cover anything.??So, after numerous phone calls to the warranty company and repair facility, I’m left out in the cold because the warranty company is just slamming the door saying they will not cover anything, although, it specifically states in the warranty paperwork, EXACT MATCH Word for Word on the repair facilities estimate and the warranty companies paperwork…now I HAVE TO DO ALL THE WORK??? Poor warranty offered…very dissatisfied.

I purchased a used car from this dealership back in April, initially impressed by the friendly staff and feeling confident that I was making a good choice. I even bought an extended warranty, thinking I had secured a reliable vehicle. However, my optimism was short-lived when the car needed a new clutch, costing me an additional $1,700, which wasn't covered by the warranty.When I received the car back after the clutch replacement, it was clear something was wrong. The car was lacking power, and a check engine light illuminated. To make matters worse, I discovered dents in my intercoolers that weren't there before. Additionally, two crucial parts were missing under the intercooler, which compromised its stability. To add insult to injury, my turbo blanket had been ripped off and never returned. I have photographic evidence of the engine's condition before and after the clutch replacement, showing the discrepancies.The dealership's solution was to ask for more money to address these issues, which left me frustrated. After a few more weeks of dealing with this situation, I decided I'd had enough and sought repairs at Boost Creep Auto. They discovered multiple mistakes, such as the turbo being mounted 2 inches higher instead of lowered by 2 inches, resulting in better airflow.Boost Creep Auto did an excellent job fixing the issues, and I highly recommend their services. However, my troubles didn't end there, as my engine threw a rod in early July. I promptly contacted Finish Line Auto to utilize the warranty I had purchased, hoping they would assist with repairing or replacing my engine.Unfortunately, Finish Line Auto refused to help, leaving me with a broken car that I had originally paid $21,000 for. My experience with this dealership has been incredibly disappointing, both in terms of their warranty coverage and overall customer service. I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from them.

I tried to buy a car from them a few months ago, with that being said I had done all of the paperwork and the credit check and I was dealing with my address being changed at the time as well. Told me it wasn’t going to be a problem, and that I could pick the car up on the next Monday and they would give me a call. Monday roles around no call I call and no one answers I show up to see if I can pick the car, and the sales guy says they sold it to another customer 10 minutes before I had showed up. They have terrible customer service and no communication what’s so ever! I would recommend if you want a good running car and great quality customer service then don’t buy or finance from them!

Was looking at a vehicle on the website and it was listed at $7300. We inquired about it and went through the credit checks and everything and when they sent the buyers report over the vehicle was now all of a sudden listed at $8700. We asked about the price difference and were told that online was the “cash price” and the new one was their financing price. They need to list that on the page if it’s truly a “cash only price”. Bunch of scummy people here.

No communication between the sales team members, one day you'll talk to one dude, next day it'll be another guy that seems clueless. I spoke to 4 different people when I was looking at a vehicle?Response time is also pretty terrible

Long story short: I paid $6,000 to Finishline for a car. three weeks and 200 miles later the car doesn't drive.Long story: I bought a 2003 CR-V with 211,000 miles. I completed a test drive with no issues and no dash lights. I decided to purchase the car because it appeared to be in working condition. Less than 200 miles later the car has trouble starting and idles bounce like crazy when it does start. Needless to say, it's unsafe and unfit to drive.When I reached out to Steve, the manager, He told me I should've reached out sooner and that the discount we agreed upon when I bought the car would be enough to fix any problems with the car.However, I only decided to purchase the car at the discounted price for one reason: I was operating under the assuption that the dealership's mechanic would've found any issues and the dealer would have disclosed those issues to me.I'm not a mechaic, there is only so much I can diagnose as a consumer.I could've gotten a better price from a private party, but I would've accepted full liability for the car's condition after purchase.I chose to buy from finishline because I trusted them as a business with an exceptional reputation.They disappointed me.
