World class customer service from Mary! She even let me look at my passport photo before printing to see if I wanted a retake, much appreciated! Thanks Mary!

Absolutely awful location to use took me over 45 minutes to get a hold of someone in store, they wouldn't answer the phone and the one time they did they immediately sent me to a general customer support line.
Finally did get a hold of someone and they blame being understaffed, for the reason that they could not answer their in-store phone.
This is an absolute bogus location whoever is running it I would suggest taking a good look at how awful the store is the reviews show it and truly the customer service shows it as well.

Worst fedex office ever. Full of rude people. And they missplace packages. Package was supposed to arrive on a Tuesday before a vacation. It arrived on Thursday. They only hold for 5 business days and I would have made it there to pick up before the 5 days however because they misplaced it for 2 days, they counted that as part the holding time. When the manager called to tell me they were sending my package back, he was rude and didn't care how they wronged me already in the process.

I've had consistently good experiences here, whether sending paid packages -- business or personal -- or dropping off pre-paid parcels. During my two most recent visits the staff has been especially friendly and helpful. Kudos!

We used this location to print the programs for my dad’s funeral services. Everyone we dealt with was really kind and took excellent care of us. The final product was just what we wanted and everyone in the family says it’s perfect. Thank you.

There was no line and no workers at the counter for 10 minutes, 1 guy at the back just looked at us yet never approached nor said anything to us.I will say once we were taken care of, she was super nice and knew what to do with what turned out to be a difficult labeling. We really thought it'd be go in have them print the label and give us a receipt and go. Not the ignored long wait that made us late for an appointment.

I ship weekly for business. EVERY time I go to this location to drop off a pre-paid/pre-labeled package..."What are we shipping today?". This is the only location I have been to that asks this about pre-labeled packages. NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS, that's what. Maybe it's something expensive and I don't really want people to know. Just scan the thing and give me a receipt...like ALL the other locations do. I avoid this location if possible because of this.

Shipped a bike frame out, initially they wouldn't ship it bubble wrapped and shrink wrapped..., said it would need "special care" , so had to box it up which added about 12$ to the cost! Service was ok, prices are pretty high!!

Won’t ship a box because it was oil stained. I’ve used ups for years and shipped parts all over the country and never had this issue. Box was shipped to me from manufacturer the exact same way I was returning it. It was a brake rotor so there was nothing to leak or spill out. $9 to add a box to an order wrongly delivered part.

I dropped off a parcel that had an online purchase return label, but I put it in the wrong spot in the store. Days later I realized this. I contacted the store and the employees were so polite and kind in helping me. Big shoutout to Adam. He was able to investigate and determine the location of my parcel from the time I walked into the store until the time it was correctly processed and sent by the store staff. Since it was a prepaid return label, they had no record of who I am, so it took extensive diligence to recover this information. I was just a person off the street who dropped off a prepaid parcel, and they did all that just for my piece of mind.

What can I say? I've never enjoyed my experience at this store, manager seems to always tell me what I didn't do right , or that I should have gone online before entering store. Charged me $6 for packing material (paper) even though I used same boxed that was shipped originally by fedex for the return item to seller. Seems like they always find a way to charge you for items on top of shipping label.

No stars. This location deserves zero stars. I have used the self print service a lot and am familiar with its options. I came in with a USB that had 8 separate documents on it and a set of binders that I would be filling. Unfortunately, my sitter canceled today, so I also had my toddler in tow. I got set up and had my toddler start coloring next to me. For each of my 8 documents, I needed 2-3 copies. I selected and paid for 3 copies of my first PDF. The document errored at only about 1/3 of the way through on every single copy. When I asked for help, Adam walked back and first and foremost semi-scolded me for having set my binders on another printer. I apologized, saying I didn't know it was a problem. Then he put back all of the sharp objects I had removed from my toddlers reach while shaking his head (obviously, he doesn't have kids). He said there was something wrong with my document. He said he could print it behind the desk. I initially said sure. When he asked if I wanted color, I said black and white but realized that as he was scrolling, there were a few pages I needed in color. As I'm standing there, I feel that at this time it was more trouble than it was worth. I was overwhelmed with my toddler at my side when this project was no longer going to be a print set amounts of copies of my 8 large documents. I said nevermind, just forget it, and instead, Adam kept saying he was happy to help . . . . Find a solution . . . Etc. I said no, just calculate the refund on the documents, and he continued to say he could print it. I said no again and began to clean up and put away the self print station. I returned to the desk, and he said he had sent 1 copy in color to the printer so I could see it. I became frustrated that he wasn't listening. I told him I didn't understand why he was being difficult. He said he wasn't. I told him again that I no longer had time for this and to just calculate the refund for the documents that had errored out. On my way out, I dropped my big box of stuff, and Adam tried to help me get out the door, which was considerate. I decided to regroup and come back. When I came back,Adam once again tried to help. This time, I had already done some of the prints at home. I had reorganized and renamed the documents. I had titled each one with # of copies and whether it was color or not. Adam began batch printing and as we were almost done printing, I see that my regular 8 1/2 x 11 documents are missing all of their headers and footers. When I pointed it out, he said special footers added in sometimes don't register right. Then he started making passive-aggressive comments about how much wasted material this was and how it would've been nice to catch that sooner. I AGREE. Funny though, because when you are printing behind the counter and I am not using the self service station I shouldn't have to catch ANYTHING. It is your job to make sure the full document is printing properly. We are an hour and a half into this now and back to square one (except less than 100pgs which didn't contain headers/footers so they printed okay). He reduced the print to 97% and tried one again. Again, some of the pages were incorrect. He blamed the document (as he had done earlier). I replied that I can just hit print to my $25 dinky printer at home just fine without special setting anything. He said the only solution was to further reduce the document and see how they turn out. This means I have to visibly check every single page of my 1500pgs simply because their program and printer don't communicate and work at a competent enough level that my home printer can. He said again, he wanted to work with me . . .find a solution, but that was not a solution, and it was all he offered. Now I just wanted to call it quits again. He kept repeating he was trying to work with me and get this job done. He said he had been patient with me. That's when I went from frustrated to angry. He had been patient? With what? A large print job that he didn't make sure was printin

Great store and service. Jordan was exceptional. He was friendly, professional, efficient and kind. If every person cared as much about providing great service and just being real the world would be a better place. Thanks very much!
