I went to this location 07/26/2021 to get 50 copies, which would make 100 fliers that I wanted made. The manager Adam was working with me at first, & passed the work over to one of his workers. I was quoted $42.94, so I proceeded with the copies. The following day, as passing out fliers, I noticed that there were not as many fliers as was agreed upon to have been made for me. I looked at the receipt & was made 25 (being 50 fliers) for the price of $42.94, which I would not have paid that much for, the previous day.I went back to this location, & spoke with the Manager Adam. He remembered me & our conversations making 50 copies (being 100 fliers). He said, “But you were charged the right amount for the number of copies of which you received.”I was disheartened by this, and about to leave, when my fiancé walked in. I told my fiancé what was happening, & that Adam was just going to allow me to leave. So my fiancé approached the counter, & Adam then agreed on making 25 more copies (being an additional 50 fliers) making the agreed order right.The whole time that Adam was making these additional copies, he spoke negatively about me to two of his employees who were working there with him on 07/28/2021. I have never been treated so horribly, & I was still not happy, due to the negative manner of which this “Manager” Adam has displayed towards his employees of me, concerning the situation.
