Jeff, is the best insurance agent we’ve ever experienced. He goes way above and beyond with customer service. He’s even picked me up on a weekend after I experienced a car accident. Very responsive on urgent matters no matter the time of day. Highly recommend him.

Jeff has been been great walking us through our multiple policies and responding to all of our requests for information and clarification. He offered helpful extra information we wouldn't have known to ask about as we were creating our policy. His knowledge of the industry and Farmer's was especially helpful when we bought/sold/furloughed vehicles during the pandemic quarantine. We'd highly recommend.

I had USAA for years. I was fairly happy with them, but whenever I needed something I had to wait on hold, and then I'd end up talking to someone new each time. When it came time to get insurance for a new house, USAA came in with a high quote, so our realtor recommended Jeff Jones (Big J-Money as I call him, but only behind his back).I was skeptical because Jeff was in the Air Force, and I was Army. As a former Flyboy, I assumed he would be bad at his job, but still cocky about it. I couldn't have been more wrong! He beat USAA's quote with a lower deductible and more comprehensive coverage. He got us a deal with auto insurance as well.The nice thing is, I can email or call Jeff and I'll actually get to talk to him. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and patient with all of my d*** questions, which are basically endless. Do yourself a favor: ignore the initial reaction you have to his official photo, and give Jeff a call. You won't regret it.*Please call him Big J-Money. I want to make it a thing.

Jeff Jones is an outstanding agent. Jeff cares about his clients and always encourages them to call with any questions or concerns so he can provide the best service for their needs. Jeff often responds to calls and inquiries in person. My husbands car was damaged while being serviced and though Farmers didn’t have any role in the matter Jeff called my husband and I several times during the ordeal to ensure that our matter was being handled properly. We moved out of state will definitely miss the great care and service we received from Jeff Jones at Farmers.

Best experience I have ever had with an insurance company. Was extremely involved and went out of his way to make sure I had the best price and best coverage available. Being a forgetful person myself it was also great that even though it wasn't required or expected I got regular reminders about opportunities to lower my bills by doing simple things. Jeff took care of my cancellation from my previous insurance company who even with signed paperwork tried making things difficult. 100% suggest getting all of your insurance needs taken care of through Jeff and I am going to continue recommending him to absolutely everyone I know.

Jeff is an A+ insurance agent. He is professional, responsive, and has a fun, positive attitude. My wife and I have been hit twice in the last few years by other drivers, and Jeff has come to the accident scene both times! I’m sure he can’t do this every time for every client, but he has given us the best customer service we could ever ask for. I have never had a better insurance agent in 20+ years of covering cars, homes, and businesses. Thanks Jeff!

Far and away the worst insurance agency I have ever used. It's truly unbelievable how disorganized this place is. Most of the time they seem to have no clue what is going on. They messed up my homeowners policy 3 different times. They made rudimentary errors that would have been extremely detrimental if a claim was to be made. I finally had enough and canceled my policy with them after a matter of months. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!
