The staff is always pleasant and very friendly. My needs are always met and my car is clean and ready to go.

We just rented a vehicle for a road trip from Enterprise in Loveland Co. The process was easy and the staff was friendly and professional. We have used Enterprise for other rental cars and its always been a great experience.

Horrible place to rent from they will purposely make a reason to file a claim on your personal insurance for damage to the rental make sure you pay for there insurance so you don’t get dinged on your personal insurance

This is more towards the corporation than the local store, because honestly the employees at the local store can’t do anything about corporate incompetence.
I have had a confirmed reservation for several weeks. Last night after business hours, I received a call which I let go to voicemail because I did not recognize the number, stating that they would not have a car for me at my scheduled pick up time and asked how flexible I was about the time. I tried calling them right back, but there was no answer so I called first thing this morning.
They are now telling me they may not have a car for me today at all. So apparently a reservation is not a guarantee for a vehicle, even though I thought that was more less, the definition of a confirmed reservation is a guarantee of services. This has me and my third trimester pregnant daughter without the transportation we were promised. I am having to fork out more money to get her picked up from the airport on top of the rental fee if I even get the car in time for our trip tomorrow

We were quickly in our rental car and return was just as easy. The price for a longer term rental was reasonable and staff were efficient and polite.

The process for car rental was smooth.... almost too smooth. The initial car rented to me was too long for my garage(Toyota 4 runner). When I initially saw the car I told the rep I didn't think it would in my garage... no problem, the rep told me to bring it back and they would just swap it out. I took it back within 2 hours and they exchanged it for a great jeep. Easy! .....Charged for an entire day for that!!!! I received a call from them later on in the process of getting my car repaired letting me know my rental time was up. When I told them the car was still in the shop being repaired, they said that was no problem. A week later when the car was done, they told me I owed them $364.00 because the insurance company quit paying. I was told by the person at the front desk that she told me over the phone that the insurance company was done paying. I asked for copies of the recorded phone calls because she did not tell me that on the phone. She said she couldn't get copies. She kept arguing with me but would not provide the recorded messages as I requested. There was no paper trail for anything ( my error for not asking for it). I did get a copy of the final bill, but I had to ask for it. My suggestion: get paper copies, and record all phone calls with them yourself if you are going to do business with them.
