I stopped in to exchange a defective piece of apparel, and the manager was unnecessarily terse and adversarial. I didn't even bother to look around the store after that interaction. I've had much better experiences in the Denver metro stores.

Great selection of clothing, however had very few men's hats to choose from. Possibly it was the wrong season... Friendly helpful staff! Great clearance section.

3 employees at 4:15 on a Wednesday afternoon sitting on the counter tops chatting away about how tired they were. Never acknowledged customers. I put my two shirts back and walked out.

I was traveling through on business, and I decided I would stop in. I already had two Eddie Bauer shirts in my bag, but I was thinking about getting another one. Unfortunately, none of the ladies working in the store could be bothered to look up from their conversation for their phones to even say hi, much less to ask me if I needed anything. And they certainly weren't relaxing because the store was clean. It was actually fairly messy and difficult to shop. I think I'll stick to finding sale deals online, rather than looking for help in store from now on.
