Best. Mechanics. Ever. Work was done fast, meticulously, and for the right price. I won't take my car anywhere else. Finding an honest knowledgeable mechanic is a blessing! I have been using them for 7 years now and they have worked on everything from a Ford Taurus to a 4runner and every time it is excellent work.

Left my car overnight after getting a quote for a clutch bleeding, very good quote. my hydraulic clutch was disengaging an inch from the floor. Was told my car was ready and everything was fine. When I got in my car it had the same issue. When I asked the receptionist if I could talk with the mechanic who done the test drive I was told they're to busy to discuss my vehicle but I could gladly leave it overnight to get diagnosed...I will make it a point to NAME my service from now on. I stated clearly on the drop off form what I needed and the issue. My car still doesn't work and I'm out the money.

Love! My jeep was taken here and they had initially said it would be ready in a few days, I had to bite the bullet because it was towed there, but I was so glad this was the closest place! It was fixed in 2 days max, that's including me taking a half day to respond to them as well! I have an older model so I expected a few things wrong with it, the guy was super nice and told me what he thought should be a priority and helped explain the whys. Honest people that work here!

Dropped my truck off this morning for preventative maintenance, expecting to have it back by end of day and they won't have it ready until sometime tomorrow. Not sure how they think I'm supposed to get home. They should not book preventative maintenance for a day if they don't actually have the time.

Took my truck in for hard starting issue, was told it needed a cam sensor. They replaced the entire distributor. Also told them to do a tune up while they were at it. Immediately noticed a miss fire after picking it up. Returned it to them , after 3 days was told" IT ISNT ANYTHING WE DID". rather rudely by Brandon.Had it diagnosed by another shop ,who did some old school diagnostics took him less than an hour to find defective distributor cap. So, thanks Drive tech for costing me another 300 bucks.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Brought my car in and they were definitely not professional. They refused to use my breathalyzer and kept working on my car in a way that caused the relay in my intoxalock to mess up. Now I'm having to get a tow truck to bring it to another mechanic to get that fixed. They totally denied all liability and blamed me for not telling them about my breathalyzer until I got there. $250 dollars for a repair that I'm not sure is 100% either because they didn't test drive or try to start my car. How pitiful. Reported them to the BBB. This place also over charges and makes excuses for their laziness. Never ever coming back here. They are terrible at their job and are very unprofessional.

I paid 2400 to have a used transmission. Turns out that didn’t fix the problem. They told me it would be 700 for an additional part plus labor. So I probably never needed the “new” transmission in the first place. Fast forward I brought it back in (after it set for almost 2 years in a garage) and told them I finally had the money to get the part and replace it. Transmission Light still all on. So the transmission they put it in was not good and now they still want to charge me a diagnostic fee. They told me the car was in great shape and if I put the new transmission in, it would go 30k more miles easy.Service: Transmission

Told them ahead of time what I thought the problem was, they ran a diagnostic and came back with telling me that I had no spark. I checked before I brought it in and there was definitely spark. They charged me $500 to replace a part saying it would fix the problem. They replaced it and came back to me with a list of other stuff that needed to be replaced costing about $3000 and still couldn't guarantee it would fix my Bronco.With my experience, I would not recommend this place because they will try to milk you for all your worth.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Spent over $2000 only to find connections were wrong. Gas spread everywhere when we tried to fill the truck. Man at main desk was rude and seemed to blame us for the problem. The mechanic fixed the problem, but quality control would have kept this from happening. Mechanics are okay, but the front desk guy is useless and rude. There are other places that give good service and are nice to deal with. There was no apology. Don't go here!!Services: Transmission repair
