Always really dirty & they charged me for 2 bags when I only bought cards & didn’t get any bags ? only gave 2 stars because I can still get cards for cheap here and I appreciate that, but I also had to wait in line for 20 minutes, so maybe go to the one off of 29th with self checkout since they don’t want to schedule their staff ?

I had an amazing experience shopping with my manager for a work party, JASMINE let me take a sticker the check out. Her and I were blown away by her kindness and her stickers that she pays for out of her own wallet, she absolutely deserves a raise and is amazing. Great experience!!’

The store was a wreck. There were products thrown everywhere, empty boxes, and highly disorganized.

The store is so unorganized and quite messy. Most things are out of stock. And I watched an employee who was supposed to be restocking shelves on her phone watching videos while on the floor. I walked out of the store without purchase and will not return.

Went to Dollar Tree on Rocky Mountain Ave , at 8 am, it was closed. Although the website says eight, and the sign on the door said it opened at 8. Pulled on door, locked. An employee named Jasmine opens the door and let us in. The manager screamed at her to "lock it back up, we don't open until ten!" Then proceeded to shove us back out the door. What kind of people are you hiring to manage your stores like this? Do NOT advertise your hours wrong. We will NEVER go back to this location due to lack of knowledge or care by the manager.

Very Nice store. Clean the best it can be and cashier are super friendly and nice and always ask how you are and try to make conversation with you

Worst Dollar Tree. Never new items, always a mess, very disorganized, item selection is very minimal compared to other DT’s. It may be the worst DT I’ve ever shopped in. I wish they’d replace management to get this location up to par.

The place itself is clean and well stocked and seems like a bigger dollar store. The staff are very uncaring and kinda stand offish. they seem annoyed is the best way to put it. They will help you but you can very much hear in the response and tone, that they would rather be anywhere but there. They are just trying to get through their shifts...not somewhere that feels super inviting but eh, it's not the worst. go in and get stuff and then leave. try not to let it bother you if they seem blah.
