Bad busines this place couldn't be any worse! Guys at the counter were great, Brought my wheels and new tire's in and had them mount and balance them? These guys mounted my tires where the valve stem doesn't point at any of the mounting dots like the yellow or red dot, and then to balance them they put 19,1/4 Oz weights on the inside of my wheels and 2, 1.5 Oz hammer on weights on the inner lip! I'd never take anything there EVER! Whoever they had mount and balance my stuff should be fired 💯%

Put the wheels on and drove around the block and this thing shook like you wouldn't believe 😡 Don't waste you hard earned money here people! Note had my wife's jeep done this day also and same crap! Ended up taking both jeeps to A&E Tire and they took care of the issue for Free!

Great customer service! I had never been here before and didn't know what to expect but they were honest and considerate. I had a terrible experience where I got my previous tires. I highly recommend Discount Tire. The prices are reasonable and they didn't put too much pressure on me to buy. Thank you for your great customer service!

I have exclusively used this store for many years due to their professionalism, honesty and integrity. I recently had a warranty issue that was very lengthy and exhausting and the store manager Kyle personally took care of it. They even had to swap my tires out more than once due to the confusion. Despite the frustration I have with the process, and the tire manufacturer, I will continue to support this store as they always seem to make it right. They stand by their word and put the customer first.

Attractive and well trained staff who excel at upsell. Quick when I special ordered but appointments are hard to come by (3:15 and 3:45 only on certain days) . Lug nuts and wind shield wipers are add ons. Picky friends ALWAYS get their tires here.

Johnathan L helped me out and he was super professional and quick on the computer. Got into a nice set of Mickey Thompsons for $200 less than the nearest competitor.
Only complaint is some balancing weights were coming loose because the inside of wheel was not properly cleaned and it was cold outside. *Cleaning and heating would’ve prevented this

Beware, and always check your own tire pressure before you leave. This is the second time I've had my winter tires changed only to discover they sent me away with all four tires 8-10psi low (sensor readings confirmed by both my tire gauge and the air station where I had to stop and inflate them). You'd think making sure they'd have the proper pressure would be standard procedure here, but apparently not.
My tires require 38/35 psi. 27-29 is what they gave me.
