Very disappointed. I didn't have an appointment because I picked up a nail in my tire. I was told an hour and 20 minutes till it would be done. It has been an hour and 15 minutes and the car isn't in the bay. I did buy tires here 3 months ago. It seems once they sell you the tires they don't care about customer service. I will not buy future tires from them.

Knowledgeable and personable tire store sales associates. Every customer was greeted by name as they entered the store. Our associate (Stuart?)was flexible and worked with us to close the deal. We felt like he did a great job helping us with rims and tires. Recommend this location in Loveland!

I have taken several vehicles here for various reasons. They are always extremely responsive, have a problem-solving oriented attitude, and are reasonably priced. They are not overly pushy on the sales end either. My most recent service was done extremely well and expediently. In several dealings I have never had a bad experience with this business. Highly recommend.

For years, starting when I lived on the West Coast, I used another large chain of tire stores for my needs. I became disenchanted with them in Colorado after my last purchase of tires. Recently, one or more of my TPMS started triggering a low-pressure warning, and yet all 4 tires were properly inflated and were within 1 psi of each other. I called around to check price and availability, and they were the most affordable but only had 3 of 4 in stock. Service rep said said he can get another after the weekend. True to his word, I called them the following week, and all 4 were in the store. I was told that if I came right down, and if I was willing to wait, they could install them in about 90 minutes. I did, and they were on, and the problem was solved in less time than quoted! Clean spacious waiting area. Best price as well!

We made an appointment online, and got in and out very quickly. Good service.
2024 update: We went in on a busy Saturday just to inquire about buying new rims for our 20 year old SUV, assuming that we would need to make an appointment for another day to get the installation done. There were nice rims in stock, and we were told they could have them installed that day, if we could give them about an hour and a half to complete the work. We were pleasantly surprised by that, so we went ahead. While we were waiting, they took a look at our spare, which was on a very rusty steel rim, and was probably as old as the vehicle. We ended up getting a new tire mounted on our best old rim to replace the old spare. All this was done in even less time than we had expected. Best part was we had a ringside seat to watch the guys work, and it was fascinating! We have always gotten great service here. Customers for life.
