Needed a new pair of shoes for the gym; Seth was so so helpful! When i told him of my needs he was able to help me find the right shoes to fit what i was looking for. I learned alot about the different types of athletic shoes and what is good for which type of activity. I apreciate how attentive he was while splitting his time between me, a few others, and some new shipment! The shoes are perfect and i realized how big of a difference they make. THANK YOU SO MUCH SETH!!!

Zach was awesome and super helpful in finding the Nikes I wanted! Great guy and very knowledgeable. It’s nice to go to a store and have employees know what they’re talking about and have confidence in it as well!!

Went to the store to look for a bike for my 12 year old son. Damian(sorry if I spelled it wrong), the associate that helped us, was great. We discussed options at different price points. The size frame for the bike my son wanted to try was not on the floor. He checked inventory and said they just got one in stock and if we had some shopping or whatever he could put it together for us to test.He put it together, adjusted it to fit my son, explained the shifters, and a short test ride later... SOLD.He then asked if we wanted to look at kick stands too. I hadn't even thought of that and definitely would have been a bit frustrated if we got home, only to have to come back for one. Again, we discussed options and he sold us a kickstand and installed it right then. Freakin' fantastic customer service!Then, he talked about their protection plan and the tune ups and other things it covered. Didn't try to hard sell it, just explained it and said it was something he thought was useful and a pretty good deal and was something to consider. Dang it, the dude is good. Sold me that too.Dean was the associate that checked us out. He was very friendly and showed us the steps required to fill out the protection plan. It took me all of 2 minutes to do that.Very long story short...We went in to just look, but ended up being very satisfied new bike owners. Thanks to everyone. Best sporting goods store experience I've had.

Bruce spent a ton of time with me fitting me to the right clubs and he even gave me a couple of good tips about my set up. Then the manager Chris helped me with a special promotion. That is great service all the way around. I was very impressed

Aidan is awesome! I called in looking for a Wyoming football shirt or hoodie for tonight’s game. He went out of his way to look and let me know all of the hoodies, shirts, described the colors and sizes!

The management at this store is rude and it is really hard to find people to help. If they insist on locking the dressing rooms they need to make sure and have staff that will respond when a customer pushes the button to indicate they are waiting. Scheels is right up the road and the employees are so nice there, no wonder this place is always empty.

The young boy racial profiled me and my husband just now. He would not even help us check out. He guided other customers behind us to check out while we waited, he seen us there waiting. Then he jumped on a registar when another customer came up while we were paying with another associate. But while we were waiting He wouldn't get on a registar he made us wait. I've never felt so uncomfortable in a store where customer service has always been great. I usually don't payattention to things like this but this was intentional.
