I am often in the store looking for hello kitty stuff and they always go above and beyond to make sure I find the items I'm looking for. They are willing to go above and beyond for there customers! I live about 20 min away from this location but frequent often because of this :)”

“People are nice. The store is clean. A lot of things are reasonably priced. I appreciate being able to get most of what I need from there. While I wish it was more of a super Target, I appreciate it being mostly one stop shopping.”

“Went in on a humbug and walked around just doing some prelim research on the price of poultry feeds.Looks like a 30-40% increase since Brandon was installed to push inflation to the Moon and cripple the working class.Well laid out store, clean and neat with very helpful staff. Got asked if I needed any help while looking around, got asked how my day was going at the register, no hassles and I even found empty egg cartons for .80 a pop so I can buy local eggs at a discount. Will be back to see the fluffball baby chooks when they are in season.”

250 W 65th St, Loveland“Rosanne at customer service was polite and efficient. Got through a line of people quick and proper. Although Walmart isn't the cheap and "great value" store it used to be and is now a place I loathe going to, Rosanne made my day better”

“Absolutely amazing experience. My boyfriend and I went in to buy him a couple of suits. The gentleman that helped us was incredibly genuine and was thorough but still quick. He made the entire process so easy. I would absolutely recommend him specifically. He was very knowledgeable and we felt like we were well taken care of. I didn't catch his name unfortunately, but if you ever see an older gentleman with gray hair and well dressed, he's your guy.”
“I gave a lesser rating earlier because I do have some legitimate complaints. Most of my complaints were heard and most of the time I was satisfied overall. However, I read some reviews after leaving mine and they were horrid. They really don't deserve those bad reviews. Any I had a complaint about the payment app a person stayed on the phone with me until it was fixed. Once I received a totally wrong order. I was told to keep it and I reordered. Gave most of groceries to my neighbors except the water. I've had one order not delivered but reordered and received next day. That one I even called the driver and was sent to vm. Someone arrived with the delivery person next day with a really attitude who gave me a mean look. Was he the person delivering the day before who didn't? Maybe? Only reason I can think of to be hostile unless he didn't like my skin color. That's the only time I've been treated that way by a delivery person regardless of their color. They're either always friendly and respectful, or they ring my bell and are gone before I get there. I've found nearly all Wal Mart employees at the 2 Loveland stores to be pleasant and helpful. Any time I have a problem I go to customer service in the app. First its the vr assistants which I hate but if you persist with tapping it's something else, you will get a live person on there and if they can't help you, you will get a phone usually within 5 minutes or less. They are always courteous even when I've been irate, but I usually warn them before I start that I'm upset and if I get angry, it's not their fault. I know they aren't the person causing the problem. Sometimes it's even me. Give them a break people. Most of them are doing the best they can at jobs that are thankless most of the time for a wage that will never get them out of the poverty level. That's not always true. Some will steal or leave your groceries maybe on the moon just for a kick. I've encountered at least a dozen or more, male and female, and only one person was rude, actually many more than that. I almost always rate them an excellent, but can't always tip them, but do if possible unless there was something wrong.”
“It’s Easter Eve and around 10:45pm. The store closes at 11pm bc it’s a Saturday night. We just need to find the food dye for our Easter eggs.
We go to where they are supposed to be and, of course, they are sold out. Then an angel names Michael who works there said he saw a straw pack over here. He walked us over and sure enough we got this pack. I love a story with a happy ending. And thank you so much Michael. If the managers are reading this, you should give him a raise. What a great guy.”

“Bomgaars is hands down the best place to shop. If I could do all my shopping there, I absolutely would! They offer great prices, but what truly sets them apart is how much their employees and managers genuinely care about their customers.
Here’s an example: I was visiting this location and had car trouble right after finishing my shopping. Even though the manager had been working all day and was clearly exhausted, he still offered to help jump-start my car. When it came time to close and my car still wasn’t working, the staff went above and beyond, helping me push my car to a nearby lot so it wouldn’t be locked in overnight. I had three employees assisting me at the end of what must have been a very long day for them. It was simply incredible!
Even as they were leaving for the day, several employees checked on me to make sure I was okay and asked if there was anything else they could do. I can’t say enough good things about this location, the employees, or the overall atmosphere at the store.
I will absolutely be coming back to this store and telling everyone who will listen just how amazing Bomgaars is. This level of customer service is rare, and I’m so grateful for the kindness and support I received.”
