So after a terrible experience in Longmont trying to order a truck (I will spare you the gory details), we went to Davidson-Gebhardt to try to order one from there. It’s been a long ordeal and while ultimately we are not getting truck from them, nothing has been their fault. It’s the fault of the factory. But enough about that. Let me tell you how incredibly awesome Blake McGuire has been to work with. First of all he was honest and forthcoming with all information. He was thorough in getting our order in correctly, and he was incredibly communicative during the whole process. We will be back someday to get another car from him. That’s how great he was to work with.

The sales team was very charismatic and wanted to play ball (as they should), but when I was looking to trade in my vehicle they offered me 10k below trade in value. I owed less then the trade in value and my credit is above a 750, and they “politely” told me there was no room for discussion. Actually never heard anything more from them after. Must not be hurting to make a sale that bad. Happily made a better purchase at a more local business.

One of the worst service experiences I have ever had in my entire life. I hope nobody else has to go through what I went through.
I took my truck in to have an oil change done and for them to remove my leveling kit Since it had been giving me some trouble and return the truck back to stock right height When I got there immediately I was told that there’s no way the tire set up I had on my truck would fit without the leveling kit So I trusted them and told them to go ahead because I no longer wanted to drive with those front end components from my aftermarket leveling kit due to reliability issues.
So I had to pay for new control, alarms, and new tires And explicitly told them to put the old tires in the back of my truck For me to resell because they were still good (toyo open countrys). What I thought was gonna be a two day service appointment turned into a four day mess because they destroyed one of my rims when replacing my tires they did not inform me of this, I had to call multiple times to get a straight answer because I was wondering Where my truck was, finally they told me what had happened And that they were going to to replace the rim and have it shipped Overnight.
now I had to call multiple times to ask daily where my truck was and wasn’t informed the day it was finished. I had to call and figure it out myself.
When I went to pick up The truck After not having it for four days Which was a huge inconvenience because it was my only vehicle. I noticed that my old tires weren’t in the back of the truck. So I had to go in and ask them where they were and wait 20 minutes for them to figure it out. The next thing I noticed was that on the receipt they charged me $50 dollars for the overnight shipping fee for my rim that they had destroyed.
I was offered no compensation no discount nothing for this four day disaster. A few days after the incident, I thought where did my old $600 leveling kit go? Since I had purchased it, I probably would’ve liked to keep it after it was taken off, but they took it just like they tried to take the tires.
Now I did my own research research after this incident and found out that my old tires would have fit on the truck And in fact, I went and had them mounted yesterday And they fit perfectly fine no rubbing!
What a joke of a service department I feel sorry for anybody who buys a vehicle from this dealer.

Highly Recommend!! This is hands down the best dealership I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Their customer service was OUTSTANDING from my first phone call to me walking out the door with the keys in my hand. They have the best deals in town! I worked with Kirk Archibeque and he was so kind and patient with me and walked me through all my options and got me my dream truck!!!!!! Ryan McCann helped me get my payment where I needed to be. This was just an overall wonderful experience and I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else!

When I was first looking for a car I had no idea where to even begin and everyone at the dealership has been so helpful. Every step of the way from test driving to signing the paper documents, someone was there walking me through it. There wasn’t a moment where I felt like I was being walked over and money pulled from my pocket. Even recently I had no idea that my second oil change was free and was about to pay, then they said there was no need!
