Kris at service was able to help me in a tight spot. I was travelling and had just bought a new car from another dealership. When I stopped at Loveland I found I had a defect in my tire and they were able to get the tire replaced the same day even with a full service schedule.

Damage to the vehicle was not disclosed. I found the broken front bumper and damaged undercarriage after I brought the car home. Got to speak with the sales manager who admited the damage was reflected in the price but we were not made aware at time of sale. He offered to put a new bumper on if I paid for it. That isnt in my budget when I just payed 25k+ fees+ GAP+warranty for this car. Fast forward, now I can't get my car registered because im told " nobody has been doing titling at the dealership for over a month". So now I have damaged car that has expired temp tags that I can't register and can't legally drive sitting in my garage. Absolutely worst car buying experience I have ever had.

First time working with a dealership, I was looking to lease an EV to replace my 2007 Camry. These guys and gals were all amazing! I’d been shopping around several dealerships, and this was by far the most friendly and welcoming. Others were pushy and (for lack of a better term) “salesman-y”. In the other dealerships, I felt like they were pushing me towards a certain direction I did not want. But Crossroads Hyundai did just the opposite; they let me guide the conversation and were helpful whenever I needed it. Can’t recommend this place enough!
I worked with Henry and he was fantastic! Knowledgeable, kind, and patient with my never-ending questions. He made me feel confident in my decision and worked to get me the best deal for what I needed. Thanks for everything, Crossroads!

I had a decent experience here. Dave, the manager was fair and Wesley who was my salesman went above and beyond. He explained all i needed to know about the car i wished to buy. He took his time and helped me every step of the way. He has the patience of a saint. My deal was fair and i have zero complaints. Wesley also called the next day to address other concerns i had. I highly recommend him to help you in the car buying process!

The front desk members of the service desk were the nicest gentlemen to help through the waiting process. The work ended up taking a few hours longer than we had expected and they gave me a vacant office to continue to work on my studies while being there to pass the time! They truly go to battle for their customers helping them with the wait.

We recently purchased a Hyundai SE, an all electric car with great miles per charge. Bob, the “ electric man,” answered all of the questions we had about the car and explained all of features on the car. Our salesman was Henry who made the paperwork easy and provided help in signing up to Electricfy America, a charging service across the United States. Thank you Bob and Henry, we are enjoying our new car.

I recently purchased a car from Crossroads and Morgan was an pleasure to work with. I explained that I had no plans to make a purchase on my first visit and she insisted I test drive the car. She said she would keep the car tucked away while I sorted out my previous lease. A week later she helped me with the buying process and I went home with a new Kona.
