I have been stopping in here for year and never had an issue until they changed there morning staff and the new morning guy had some comment that made me upset so I replied back without cussing then thought nothing about it went in on the weekend no issue went in again this morning and was told he would not serve me so I said what ever and walked out called and asked to speak to a manager and they said they could not give out his number. Guess they won't be seeing me five to 6 days a week along with filling up there 3 times per week

Was in around noon today. Got 20 dollars in gas and 2 drinks. Total was 24 and some change. Used my venmo debit card at the counter and it's showing a pending 50 dollar transaction!!!!!! Not OK!

Lady in side cleaning 15min before they close with the door locked. Would have only been a small issue but then 2 separate pumps didn't work. So couldn't pay with cash, then couldn't get any gas. Won't be stopping back.

I love this store because it's located right around the corner from my house. It would be much nicer to get in and out of there quickly! The ladies that work there like to chat with eachother instead of checking customers out.

Tried two pumps and neither one would work. No signs on the stations and the lights were on. So, I went to 7/11 and gave them my money instead. Three stars because I'm generous and they've worked in the past.

Coins are LEGAL tender. We had to use coins to pay for gas this last time, times are tough. We were counting out the coins for the cashier and she was complaining the entire time about having to count them again and having to do her JOB and roll them later. She proceeded to stop in the middle of us counting look at her coworker and go do I have to accept all of these dimes, I really don't want to have to roll them later. After being talked down to and harassed we just took our money back and left. They happily accepted $20 at Kroger. This is the poorest example of a customer service worker I've ever seen. And Circle K especially this one will no longer have a regular customer. Pretty disgusting to be treated poorly because you have to pay in change.

I would give less than one star if I could. I have been going to this store for 2 yrs now and haven't had a problem before, I understand the current climate has everyone on edge but the clerk today was rude and untrained in her abilities. Same products I have bought again and agin using the discount provided thru circle k when asked for it she said she didn't know how to do that so I could not have it, then told me to go to another store. So I will , there is a big new 7-11 down the road that I recommend
