This location is a joke their 2.8 star Google rating says it all. I seriously don't understand how circle k lets this franchisee operate under their name. My chief complaint is how long the line gets while management does nothing to help with the line. They will literally stand there and watch the cashier struggle. I'm over it also their card machines are CONSTANTLY down a sign on the door would be helpful so you don't wait for ten minutes in a line while one cashier does all the work and two managers stand there literally doing nothing. The overall image of this store is run down and dirty compared to the others in this city.

All of their Grill items are marked as A discounted rate for buying multiple items. I purchased 2 of their "tornados" and was charged individual rate. When I asked about it the guy was a real jerk, and walked away shaking his head and saying ay-ya-ya. Yes it's only 38 cents but false advertisement is false advertisement all the same. I won't be back and recommend to everyone else to avoid it also!!

The csr that was working at night was really rude and racist to my mom because she had a valid mexican id showing her name and date of birth told her that she needed to have a American ID in order to buy the cigarettes that she wanted and when I went in with my Colorado ID to help her buy them he wouldn't let me buy them ether cause I was with her and when I asked why he wouldn't accept her ID when it's valid he just told me that he won't sell them because she is with me and that she doesn't have a american ID and then threatened to call the cops on me I stated he has the right to do so and when I was leaving since I wasn't going to make it a bigger deal he laughed at me. In all the years we have gone to this location we never experienced such discrimination and disrespect the employee needs to be train correctly instead of being rude and racist.

Location has the store manager sitting in the office while there are ten people waiting in line on an everyday basis. The clerks are doing the best they can while management just sits and watches them struggle with the line....

Highly recommend never giving these ghetto crooks any business. Very rude zero customer service. Manager talks to customers like he's talking to his "homies" in the prison yard. Couldn't be more disgusted by a gas station interaction
