Jamie did a phenomenal job styling our 3yr olds hair. She was very nice and extremely gentle. He was a bit nervous for his first haircut but she explained everything she was doing to keep him from being too anxious. We are very pleased with the results and Jamie's incredible, kind service. We will definitely be making this our go to location for our little guy. Thanks a ton!

My daughter is 5 and this was her first professional haircut in a salon. She loved the whole experience. Mary was very friendly and explained everything in detail to help put my daughter at ease. Her haircut turned out very cute and is much easier to manage now!

Jamie did a phenomenal job on our autistic son. It was his first cut in five years, due to sensory processing disorder, and she did all the right things to approach our situation, asked him all the right questions before doing anything, and for that I am eternally grateful. For some, it’s just a haircut. For us, it is the event of the year; where our son overcame a fear, and mustered enough courage to allow someone else, someone new, to touch him.
Thank you Jamie. We look forward to all of our haircuts in the future with you.

My son has a sensory processing disorder and it is difficult to find a stylist who is patient yet fast with their hands. We were beyond impressed with Cookie Cutters! This is the best experience and haircut he has had with a professional stylist. He smiled the whole time and was treated with kindness and understanding. I also loved the booking process - so convenient!

We are from Canada and visiting family in Colorado. I thought it would be fun for my nearly 3 year old son to have a fun haircut experience. Ms. Renee did an EXCELLENT job to get him used to the buzzer which he has always previously been scared of. We wish there was a place like this closer to home but we will definitely visit again when in Colorado.

It was my sons 1st hair cut they put his favorite movie on gave him a balloon it was an excellent experience 10/10!

I had to wait 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to have my child be seen but the hairdressers prior appointment was taking longer than expected due to the baby crying and being fussy which is understandable. The hairdresser was rough when she combed my daughter’s hair and didn’t attempt to comb it when it was wet. The salon didn’t have sticks for the balloons either.

We took our son here for his first haircut and it was such a painless, easy process! The hairstylist was very knowledgeable and put as all at ease. Definitely coming back!

Every single time we come in, our stylists are on top of it. They do a great job and are exceedingly patient. For reference, this is Aj and he is 13 months old. He has gotten EVERY SINGLE ONE of his 5 hair cuts at this location because of the service and quality. That's 5 haircuts over 8 months. He has A LOT of hair. We don't have a specific Stylist, one that we like more than the others. We always book for whomever is available at the time because we know that we will, without a single doubt, get the same amazing service and quality EVERY TIME.
Requested style: The stylists are amazing at making notes about our preferences. I believe this is probably why we ALWAYS get the style we want. The communication between the stylists is amazing.

I really wanted to like this place after seeing so many great reviews, but I had a very different experience. I took my son here for his first haircut. When we walked in everyone seemed busy and someone yelled we'll be right there. I stood there and stood there and stood there. Someone finally came over so I thought it was our turn. Nope she just stood there looking at a computer and didn't even acknowledge me. So I kept standing there and finally someone came over who happened to be our stylist, Renee. She acted like she didn't even want to be there. Didn't smile one time. We got my son in the chair and she put on a cartoon for him and started the cut. She didn't say one word to him the entire time until the last 30 seconds of the cut. My son did ok at first then started to cry and she had me hold his head but again still didn't say a word to him and I think that was part of why my son was crying. A new face and a new experience and she didn't even try to make him feel comfortable with her. You work at a children's place. If you don't want to be around kids don't work here. We get done and the haircut itself looked fine. But Renee's attitude was terrible. Will not be back. There was also a problem getting the little certificate for his first cut and it took over a week to get it then it wasn't loading right but that did get figured out.
