“Could not get my camera to work on my Lenovo laptop. I have several telehealth appointments with doctors in Aurora (60 miles from home) throughout the year - I could see the doctors but they could not see me. Rod, at PC's and Parts, quickly remedied the situation, by removing and re-installed the camera software, then subsequently showed me how to find the various components and repeat the procedure, if I need to. Didn't charge me a dime. Very competent staff and easy to work with. Will take all my repair work to them from now on.”
