I emailed one of the bankers for an appointment and got no response. Then I went through the Chase website and was able to create an appointment which was time consuming. I received confirmation of that appointment via email and text message. The day before the appointment the branch called to cancel my appointment. They told me that I could close my mortgage and make a change in account with a teller. When I got to the bank, that wasn’t the case at all. None of the information provided on the phone was correct. The teller and the bank representative both got testy with me when I pointed out the errors. There was even an error in the paperwork regarding closing mortgage accounts which they printed out and I pointed out to them. This is poor customer service. Seeking new bank who wants to have a real relationship with customers.

My experience at Chase Bank went way better than I expected! The banker had a lot of patience with me as she explained the details of having an account at Chase. It is so important to be familiar with the way your money is protected, so I appreciate her taking her time with me! Thank you!

I have never been treated so poorly by a banker in my life. I attempted to open a new account at this branch and Sanjeev Karki the banker on call was rude, impatient, and aggressive. The assistant manager did nothing to assist me and told me to go to another branch. I’ve been a chase client for four years but needless to say I would not recommend this chase branch whatsoever.

Chase Bank is holding my mobile paycheck deposit hostage. Reason being "The deposit is larger than account history." 8 day extended hold. A day of phone calls to find a solution to release my funds ends in the result of my own bank holding my money. I was lied to by Chase employees about who was holding the check back. I would highly recommend anyone considering this bank to explore other options. Two thumbs down. Run Forest ruN!!

Apparently it’s ok for the staff to talk to you like you’re a 2 year old while you’re stuck there waiting for them to fix the mistake they made. This is the first time I’ve had to get cash in months and had to get belittled for a petty $900 withdrawal? I pulled $100k out Wells Fargo like WATER to buy my 1st house, officially done with chase. I doubt they know what XRP is anyway

The staff here is super friendly. I came in for an appointment to handle a transfer, and since I was early, I had a few minutes to burn. The tellers chatted with me until the banker was ready. Then, he talked me through the whole process and explained why he was doing what he was doing. I felt informed, and knew that everything would process smoothly. Even though a fee popped up that wasn’t supposed to, he caught it immediately and explained how he was going to fix it. You can’t stop systems from having errors like that, but you can be proactive to fix them. Friendly, proactive, informative - three important qualities in customer service. I appreciate this branch!

This branch is awesome everyone is always so friendly. The sign by the road is dangerous I agree. The review is for this branch, not the too-big-to-fail bank which I've used since high school. My account grandfathered me into great terms, and while i understand people's qualms, there is nothing these folks can do about it. Give them respect as they're just doing their jobs and doing well.
