My husband and I recently had the best experience we've ever had at Chase Bank! We had some rather detailed transactions, and everyone who helped us was kind and patient. Sabrina Grawey started things out, and was pleasant, friendly and helpful. We then had to wait for a hold to be taken off an account, so we left and returned an hour later. Angelo Archuleta took over, and explained the transactions in detail. He worked with Barbara Petta and Branch Manager Beth Lozano to get us a check right away, even though the bank had closed for the day! We want to thank these four wonderful bankers for making our day!

Very rude, trying to tell me that I can’t get my funds fully even though I have in the past from a check. The tone and trying to “teach” me was very off putting. Not coming back to this chase.

I've always had good experiences with chase until I recently deposited a check by phone. Chase put a 10 day hold on it because they had been Acuraing fraud that way. It seems like they would be ahead of that.

Chase was my first choice when I moved to the states. I did have services with some other banks but Chase is always my go-to, and the only constant. Have been going to this specific branch for 5 years now, since we moved up here to Loveland/Johnstown area. I lived downtown Denver for several years and was used to the main branch on 17th street, loved it there! This branch in Loveland maintains Chase high quality services and I wasn't disappointed. Always quick and easy, whatever I need, they never failed to deliver. Parking is abundant but a bit awkward, it's across the street but understandable as Loveland downtown area is quite small. I'd go out of my way to drive to this branch if I ever needed to visit Chase.

I had to do a name change on my account and was lied to over the phone twice. The first time I called I asked if I could use the court order documentation with a seal on it and they said yes absolutely so i made a trip down there with all my kids just for them to tell me I needed different documentation. So get the documentation they need and called to make sure I didn’t need anything else and they said no then I get there and I did need something else. Worst customer service.

I have consistently had friendly service here. Surprising for a big company, this location feels more like a small town bank. They know my name and give my dog a treat when he comes in with me.

The tellers and others have always exhibited the highest quality in customer service and engagement. They greet you when you walk through the door. The tellers are excellent in customer engagement. They address you by name, are great with small talk, and exhibit a genuine and positive disposition. They are an excellent example of what customer service should be like.

This bank has very similar high service standards to other local chase locations. The location is a bit odd/hard to get to your first time there, as the parking is next to and across the street from a bit-so-obvious entrance. I visited for assistance from a notary who was very kind and helpful. The location is large inside and staff were quick to direct me to the person who could help me.

Kassie was such a great help and very kind. I went for a withdrawal and she helped me way beyond just that.Kind and professional people like Mrs. Miller will help any business. Even if it's an evil bank. Haha.

Had an appointment at 11. We were told the the guy went to lunch 5 minutes before, then we set up an appointment for noon apparently with the same guy, when we showed up they said he hasn’t come back from lunch yet. I took off a few hours from work just to get stood up. I’ll probably have to leave before we get help, If you can go somewhere else do, if you can support another bank that isn’t affiliated with JP Morgan I would.
