When moving help.com did NOT show up to my move as scheduled, the this U-Haul outlet graciously did NOT charge me for the 5 miles I used on the truck. That was kind and decent and, based on a stressful morning not hearing back from movers scheduled, that goodness nearly made me cry. This is a great outlet!

I don’t do a lot of reviews, but these guys deserved a good one. Excellent customer service! Had an issue reserving a trailer on the Uhaul website, so I dropped in and they had me squared away in just a few minutes. I live in Fort Collins, but I will drive to Loveland to work with these guys forever.

I have used this storage facility since 2016-I'm on my 2nd time renting a unit. Best customer service here! Never had a problem with anything and I find the rates very reasonable!!
