We at Alumicolor in Fort Collins highly recommend BES. Their tech, Jesus, came out first thing in the morning, the day after I called them (it was not an emergency). He serviced both our copier and printer. He was friendly and efficient and they are very reasonably priced.

We have been very happy with the services BES has provided. They explained options & plans thoroughly, breaking it down to easily understand. The equipment is working properly and their tech support team has been VERY fast at responding and resolving any issues or questions we've had. I definitely recommend BES as a solid partner for your printing equipment and service needs.

Our company moved into a new building in May of this year & we didn't have a large copier / printer for our office. I found BES online & reached out to see if they could accommodate us all the way down in Denver & Josh was quick to respond & help us out! BES is very timely, great customer service and very willing to work with you. They make sure the hold up their end of the deal. I would highly recommend this company and their services. Our printer went down just before a year was up. They talked to the manufacturer, got all parts cover, brought us a loner machine to use while we were waiting on parts, and returned our fix machine all in less than a week! Thank you!!
