We recently remodeled our kitchen and flooring. We purchased cabinets and flooring materials through Bloedorn. On the good side the design guidance was exceptional in walking us through all the decisions that need to be made. Once we placed our orders for cabinets and flooring material that is where the service dropped off.We were told that we'd get an update when the cabinets were scheduled for production and delivery. We did not get an update, rather just informed that the cabinets were ready for delivery. This prevented us from being able to coordinate with our installation contractor and unnecessarily delayed the process.Flooring delivery was delayed from the estimate given to us by Bloedorn, but no communication that there was a delay until we started calling. When we asked for information on ETA were told that no information was available. I asked that Bloedorn contact their vendor to make that inquiry. So the employee sends the flooring vendor an email that was never responded to. At this point asked I Bloedorn to pick up a phone and call the vendor, to which I got a terse response that that isn't how it works. I've been a program manager for many years and following up an unanswered email with a phone call is well within the bounds of normal expectations. After continued prompting on our end the phone call was made and we were able to get the information we needed about the delay.After spending nearly $20,000 in materials a little bit of effort in communication is a fair expectation. Very frustrated with the customer service received.

I've been going here for a long time. Prices are along the lines of ace...little higher prices but deacent quality. Friendly people too. I noticed the bad reviews here are almost all opinions not facts. And the valid ones seem to be rare and far in between. The fact someone has taken time to reply to almost all comments are one example of just how thorough and attentive they are.

This place is awesome. I've driven by for years and figured I'd give them a try. I didn't really know how buying lumber works for medium home projects and they were nice enough to help me figure out what I needed. They even cut the boards in half to fit in my car! I'm not a huge wood worker, I just do home projects but they still worked with me and were quite pleasant.

This is a lumber and hardware store that has been a part of Loveland for longer than I can remember. It has all the usual hardware and things you need to complete your home projects. It costs a little more because it's exceptionally hard to compete price wise with the other two big name corporate stores. But consider this. For one you'll never get that homie local business feel at those other stores. For for two it just feels better. When you talk with them it feels like your talking with your neighbor or a friend. Yea it's a little higher than the others. But, damn well worth it. Come on Loveland let's get behind our local businesses think of the alternative. That cold big business feel could someday be the only choice you have.

This place was great. I got expert help with my lumber needs, and when my battery died on my car, they set me up with a jump. Great place to get your supplies. Dale was an awesome and knowledgeable guy who set me up with what I needed!

Went there for the first time today. Dale helped me in the lumber yard. They had everything I wanted, which makes it a good lumberyard, but Dale had the upbeat attitude and friendliness that will get me to go back there every time I need lumber! I just love businesses like these!

Excellent hardware store! Wide selection of tools and supplies. Lumber is top-notch and are priced well. They carry almost everything Home Depot does without all of the issues that you typically get with big box stores. Highly recommended!
