I am part of a management team for a warranty company and I had the pleasure of working with Kristi. I deal with a lot of shops that like to make the process as difficult as possible which usually falls back on the customer. Kristi was understanding of the whole claims process, communicated quickly with myself as well as the customer. This was honestly a complicated claim because of parts availability and other factors but Kristi worked with me instead of against me to come up with the best solution possible. If a shop is honest and helpful with a warranty company that has no choice but to work with them it is a very positive sign for customers that can take their vehicles anywhere. Thank you Kristi!

WORTH THE DRIVE! Recently had an alignment done. My truck is 8 inch lifted and a pain to align. Eric and the boys knocked it out in a hour and the truck drives perfectly straight down the road. Will be back in the future.

This is a top notch service center. I had a bad oil leak that they took care of for me at half the cost that a dealer had quoted me. I got a detailed write up on what was done and a complete list of recommended services. Kristi, up front , is very knowledgeable and went over everything with me. They are busy and usually booked out a month, but worth the wait if you can. I put a lot of miles on my truck and need to know that it's in good shape-these folks will be my go to going forward.
