I'd been wanting to try and save some money washing my car manually instead of a subscription and I'm a car enthusiast so manual is definitely fun and not a chore so I come here to try my first manual car wash and there is 4-6 inches of mud covering the entire ground in two of the four stalls, like some guy came with a truck bed full of 200 pounds of dirt and dumped and spread it all over so I spent over 10 bucks of water spraying just the mud in front of my wheels down the drain, just so I can have a shot of leaving cleaner then I went in, (and I'm aware this isn't really the car wash's fault but they should clean it am I wrong?) But I find a worker on his way to do something and I ask hey uh there's like 6 inches of mud in the entire stall and I spent like 10 bucks just to wash it away is there any shot I could be compensated? He says oh, no sorry and keeps walking which WAS what I expected to be fair so after that I decide to try and use some cash for the process of actually cleaning my car, and the cash slot didn't accept anything and wasn't working so I see they have an ATM type thing and it gives me dollar coins (5) and I go back to my stall to actually wash my car, well it takes two of the five dollar coins as QUARTERS and won't return them so I can try to put them back in. SO I have $3.50 cents of wash time from $5 after spending $10 to clean the stall to clean my car, just to still have mud on the tires and wheel wells. Needless to say it was a terrible experience but I enjoyed the manual washing so I went back twice since, and every time there was inches deep red mud in at least one of the stalls (I made sure to wait for other stalls to open to use them instead) so with this at least somewhat recurring issue, why is it not someone's job to clean these stalls or something?

The wash did not work! People were stuck in it and I had to help them get through eventually.I will not be going back to this car wash!

It's a convenient location for me, and it accommodates my 11.5 foot tall RV. However, the credit card machines are often "glitchy" and today none of the credit cards machines were working at all, so I saw at least one customer leave without washing her car. I ended up using cash, which is not as convenient as credit card.

This place is slowly slipping. I’ve been coming to this car wash for 5 years now. Before it was bought by a corporate company it was so nicely kept, things worked and there was employees around. Now, the best way to use this wash is to have an app. The app is TRASH. You give it money, it plays games by not giving codes so then you gotta call and ask for a new one. It’s such a drawn out process. So many things are broken and just work terribly. My husband and I just decided after we both took our cars here that we will no longer be coming here and will be finding another place. Sad!Service: Vacuuming

Very nice equipment, love my monthly pass as I'm a carwash addict and need the touchless option! I wish you got more time with the vacuum per cycle as the shampooer has come in handy

This is not a bad car wash. I think it's one of the better self washes for dulles and small trailers. The 2 issues I have is 1. The card readers are absolutely trash. They don't work 90% of the time. And you have to move over to. Another bay. And 2. When you want to either low pressure rinse or high pressure rinse no matter how long you wait there is always soap coming out and it leaves soap spots. Now I have called and made a few complaints and 100%every time I have called they have absolutely reimbursed me or have given me a free complimentary wash. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic and are alway nice. So now all they need to do is get those damn card readers replaced, and fix the soap in the clean water rinse issue and this wash will easily be a 5*

After a road trip I found this car wash to scrub off the dead bugs and dust. I found the bays to be very clean. I also appreciate the credit card option. I thought the price was reasonable.
