Such a terrible experience. I will never trust ATT again, and I will ensure everyone I know also knows how little this company and its employees care about their customers.I was talked into upgraded my phone rather than doing an insurance replacement. CJ and Dillon told me I could buy a used phone from a used phone store, then use that as credit for the upgrade. They lied. I never got the credits. They continued to promise they would fix it, but this happened in August and now it's December.Don't trust them. Go somewhere else. ATT will screw you over.

Visited this location about a month ago, and I couldn’t have more praise for Dylan. I had a convoluted issue, and he patiently and thoroughly explained my options. We eventually found a solution, and words hardly express my gratitude for Dylan’s kindness, compassion, attentive listening, and assistance that day. AT&T, I hope Dylan’s pay is commensurate to his quality of service, because he’s outstanding - if it weren’t for him, I’d already be with another provider.

Jaime Valetino is absolutely a customer service ROCKSTAR!!! We came in with quite the conundrum of issues and he not only helped us a quick as he could we laughed pretty hard several times as this man is entertaining! So positive and a wonderful employee, we are very thankful for his help, and to now have at&t as our service provider!

My dad was having a tough time with his phone. We went into this store very frustrated. Jose helped my dad work through everything step by step with such a patient, positive and helpful personality. Making this such a easy, useful and good experience. It was nice to see how Jose's positive interaction with my dad melted my dads frustration away with minutes of the initial interaction! Best customer service EVER! Jose YOU are doing an amazing job. THANK YOU!

I have come in to this store two times and each times has not been a good experience. I felt like an annoyance to the workers each time. Today when I went in the worker seemed to just want to watch his show there. My mom who is older needed help with her phone and he seemed annoyed. I ended up walking out. I hope this store improves their customer service.

I was having issues with my old iPhone. I took a Samsung galaxy 7 to trade in on a Samsung galaxy 22. Jorden and Thomas were extremely helpful through the whole process of switching phones.

If I knew how long it was going to take to get a new phone, I would have come prepared with a book or something. The initial wait wasn't bad (15-20 mins) though I wasn't greeted with a \"hello\" or a \"be with you as soon as possible\". They had two ppl working but one was on a lunch break. Initially the process was smooth for me but I felt bad for those waiting (45+mins) without even an acknowledgment that they were there. I was told a little over 30 mins to transfer data from my old phone to the new one so I went for a walk. Came back...not done. I'm told another 20 mins, so I get lunch and an ice cream. I come back...and they tell me there is at least another hour and half left..??? At this point it's adding time, not subtracting it. I'm told the wifi is bad and I can take the two phones home and continue there...thank goodness. The transfer takes all evening, obviously not their fault; however they neglected to tell me that I needed to insert the sim card. When purchasing a phone in the past, this has always been part of the buying process. I spent a decent amount of time and energy trying to troubleshoot why I wasn't getting messages ?. I finally figured it out but this store needs to communicate better to its cliental.

Not enough staff, very slow. I was waiting for 30 minutes without help. Found out the people being helped had been there for 3 hours already and weren’t finished. Only one person working. The guy seamed nice, but if it’s taking that long then tell me when I get in the store before I wait for 30 minutes. I just need to buy a single phone and it should have been a very quick sale…
