Awesome store, very helpful. Excellent prices and friendly knowledgeable staff, compared to other AAP stores; this one’s better than all the rest.

Bought a new Die Hard auto battery there. Advanced Auto Parts owns the Die Hard battery brand. Recycled my dead old battery core at purchase. Took battery home and installed but if you charge your old battery or jump it and drive to the store, they will install, no charge. I recommend the Die Hard and Advanced Auto.

I came in this store looking to get an a/c recharge for my sons car the guy and the front was so helpful not only did he take his time to go out to my son's car in the rain he also made sure my sons ac clutch was functioning properly so I wasn't wasting the money if it wasn't. He then took his time to check that I was buying the correct thing. He was patient and had a smile on his face while doing so. I appreciated the customer service and the helpfulness in making sure I got just what I needed

went in on June 25, 2023 to get a part replaced that the receipt said was lifetime warranty. the kid that helped us behind the counter did not know what the hell he was doing what so ever. he returned the part then told us well I will have to talk to the other guy working then never did and said I'll have to go see if we have the part in stock and he put the part number on a sticky note and didn't even go look for the part he just told us we needed to come back this week because there was no manager there at the time and he was being plain lazy!!! So their warranty doesn't mean anything because they won't honor what the receipt or the company says the warranty is good for. If you go there be prepared to get screwed because that's all they seem to know how to do is screw people over

Every time I visit this store I am impressed by the high level of service demonstrated by the associates. I receive a welcome upon entering. They are willing to answer all my questions, open packages to ensure part figment, and provide helpful advice. Highly recommend this location for DIY parts and repairs.

Always friendly and knowledgeable. A UPS drop-off location too, as long as it is labeled and packaged first.

Many times you'll get the best price in town on a part at Advance, if you know how (more on that later). So I shop here for some things, but I won't buy any electrical parts, because they won't give you a refund if the part is defective. We were rushing to complete a 1980 Camaro. After soldering in a taillight socket from Advance, any 2057 bulb that we inserted was so loose that it would only come on with pressure. The socket (which had CHINA molded in the plastic) was junk. We discovered this about the time Advance closes. So, I went to O'Reilly and bought the same type of socket, it worked well, and we finished the job that night.A few days later, I went into Advance to get a refund on the defective socket. That's when I learned about their no-refund-on-electrical-parts policy. My options were to get a replacement socket in exchange, or nothing. So now I'm the proud owner of a CHINA socket for a 1980 Camaro, of very questionable quality, that I have no use for. It's not hard to guess how bad-actor customers inspired Advance to put this policy in place, but I'm not a bad actor. I'm just a guy stuck with a socket he can't use because Advance has the worst policy in town on returning electrical parts. As for getting a good price at Advance, always use a coupon code to get a discount, either from a site like RetailMeNot, or on Advance's home page. Also, a lot of times RetailMeNot will have a special deal offering cash back if you make a minimum purchase. You can get a discount with a coupon code AND get cash back on the same transaction. I've gotten a decent amount of cash back this way.
