This place is miserable. Today was particularly terrible. Came for passport photos, a service they provide. I was the only person in the store and was told the shift manager decided to not do passport photos today. Asked the clerk if they could just check as I was the only customer in the store and it was the sole reason for being there. He confirmed that she said “no” but told me to try Walgreens in Lafayette. I asked if she had confirmed that they are providing the service today and was told no, I needed to do that.Clerk was nice young man and polite and apologetic. But clearly not being given good leadership on customer service.There are other options around here to give your business to.

Not sure why Google says Walgreens is temporarily closed. Came here on November 9, 2023 and it was open.

Pharmacy is filled with bums. Hardly ever answer the phone, filled my non generic with generic and called it a day, they hardly ever go a week without closing early. Just brutal effort.

I had a migraine medication put in by a Dr last Friday. Are they trained here? I got a message saying "insurance delay". I try transferring it to the the Lafayette location. Prescription filled in 2 hours! Good thing I didn't have any bad migraines over the weekend.

Quiet literally the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. They are incredibly under staffed and you can never get a straight answer from them. Their computers don’t work. I had to pay out of pocket because they couldn’t put my insurance in.

Walgreens has a new guy named Zane. Well, I hadn't seen him before. I went in with a return, and this guy was the BEST one could ever ask for. I was dreading it. He knew what he was doing, and he just exuded kindness, and friendliness. The best part really was that he was sooooo knowledgeable . We need so many more people like Zane.

Absolutely no surprise this place has a garbage rating. They’ll waste your time, and then drop the ball, all while passing the buck. When you call them out on their behavior they curse you out. You better believe I’m pressing this issue to the hilt.

Came to Walgreens several weeks postpartum today for a medication to stop my bleeding. Safeway didn’t have it in stock so we asked for it to be transferred to the nearest pharmacy.The tech was so unhelpful and rude. My husband pleaded with him to fill my medicine in the drive through but he had to *go to lunch*We’d already had to leave once to get service to call and make the transfer.My husband was upset by this and went inside and overheard the same tech telling the pharmacist he didn’t really think we needed the drug urgently. My husband corrected him and asked the pharmacist to please fill my medication. The pharmacist ( Roman) filled it for us. Thank you.To the tech: If you can’t be a helpful customer service rep or show humanity or compassion- find another job. This store has low reviews because of people like him.

I really wish there was a 0 stars option. Save yourself time and aggravation and avoid this pharmacy at all costs. I waited in line for 20 min like everyone else. When I got the the counter I had over $150 worth of OTC's and 3 covid tests. Clearly, I have a ton going on. The man looked me in the eye and had the audacity to tell me that he can't ring me up that it will take too long to run my insurance and that they are closing for lunch in 3 minutes. Sorry to be a bitch but how is that my problem? I waited in line like everyone else...I will never be back and considering all the horrible reviews on google I suggest you don't go there either.

My prescription has been processing for 3 days. Was on hold for an hour before getting hung up on. Went onto resolve the problem in person and all I got was a long wait and another person telling me it's processing.This is people's medication you're dealing with. Do better.

I really wish there was a no star option. I do not understand what happen to this location since the Marshall fire. They are way under staffed, the wait time to get a prescription is rediculous and the staff they do have is rude. And don't try calling into the pharmacy, you get a "pharmacy technician" that is completely a joke and so rude and dismissive. I've been waiting over a month for life saving medication and can't get anywhere with them. Having been going there for over 13 years I think it's time to find a new pharmacy because it's obvious this Walgreens doesn't care about their customers anymore!

The pharmacy here is difficult to work with - my doctor called in a prescription early in the morning. In the afternoon, I call them to check if it's available. The pharmacy tech told me it would be ready at 6, without mentioning that the pharmacy also closes at 6. After I asked about the closing time and to clarify if the prescription would be ready in time, I was transferred to another department and then on hold for 30 minutes only to then be have my call be dropped and have the system ask me to fill out a survey. I called them back, the same cycle repeated itself.The store itself is fine, and I've used their photo department in the past with good success. I just would not recommend the pharmacy.

Something has happened to the pharmacy operations here since the Marshall Fire. Staff is overwhelmed, drive thru shut down often, personnel at counter seem poorly trained, and wait times in store line are frustratingly very long.
