Most pharmacies can get prescriptions filled in a matter of minutes to hours. This pharmacy will maybe get your prescription filled within a week or 2 if you are lucky.

The worst treatment and customer service in the United States. I asked a Manager named Alina about the location of some products and she didn't want to help me, I insisted and very rude and impolite she told me NO, she had to be in the photograph lab (be careful, she didn't have clients). Jeremiah, who is another Manager (very kind), is overworked, doing everything because she doesn't support him. If they don't supervise this Walgreens, it will surely go bankrupt.

If your insurance deals with Express Scripts GO TO SAFEWAY RX. This Walgreens' service is appalling-the pharmacist at this location looks and acts like a child when it comes to Controlled RXs. Authorizing only a partial-fill, this particular pharmacist's policy is to not complete your script until you technically need it- Doesn't matter that your doctor wrote it for a month's worth- he will tell you to come back when your partial is done...weird, not familiar with that one, but ok? That wouldn't be all that bad but for the fact that HE GOES AND CLOSES YOUR SCRIPT ON YOU. Therefore, when you show up ready to pick up the completed script written by your doctor -it's magically and unexplainably not there!!!! He will say to you, "It's been closed. I can't help you. I can't tell who closed it." Looong and despicable story short: my doctor had to call in the rest of it -somewhere else. To sum it up, feel devastated to def know that biased pharmacists really are a 'thing' and are look to make life hostile for certain people taking 'certain medications'.

I submitted a photo print order on a Friday evening. I got an email the following morning at 7am that my order had been canceled, somehow before the photo department was even open. I tried to call to see what the problem was and to see if I could just resubmit the order but of course no one answers the phone. Get it together Walgreens.

This place is miserable. Today was particularly terrible. Came for passport photos, a service they provide. I was the only person in the store and was told the shift manager decided to not do passport photos today. Asked the clerk if they could just check as I was the only customer in the store and it was the sole reason for being there. He confirmed that she said “no” but told me to try Walgreens in Lafayette. I asked if she had confirmed that they are providing the service today and was told no, I needed to do that.Clerk was nice young man and polite and apologetic. But clearly not being given good leadership on customer service.There are other options around here to give your business to.

Pharmacy is filled with bums. Hardly ever answer the phone, filled my non generic with generic and called it a day, they hardly ever go a week without closing early. Just brutal effort.

I had a migraine medication put in by a Dr last Friday. Are they trained here? I got a message saying "insurance delay". I try transferring it to the the Lafayette location. Prescription filled in 2 hours! Good thing I didn't have any bad migraines over the weekend.

Quiet literally the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. They are incredibly under staffed and you can never get a straight answer from them. Their computers don’t work. I had to pay out of pocket because they couldn’t put my insurance in.

Walgreens has a new guy named Zane. Well, I hadn't seen him before. I went in with a return, and this guy was the BEST one could ever ask for. I was dreading it. He knew what he was doing, and he just exuded kindness, and friendliness. The best part really was that he was sooooo knowledgeable . We need so many more people like Zane.

Such a terrible pharmacy experience. No phone calls answered and drive-through is not open. Awful wait times for refills that should be on auto-refill. I’m changing pharmacies.

Been going here for years but finally switching away. I haven’t waited less than 40 minutes for a prescription here since the fire closure.
