“Friendly staff, lots of useful stuff, a ton of books and clothes only complaint is the pricing is inconsistent but it goes to charity so it's not that bothersome.”

“I love Olde Town Exchange! The ladies that work there are so friendly and helpful. I found a great purse, a beautiful necklace and a couple tops that I am really enjoying. They have a great inventory without being so crowded that you can’t easily view the items on the racks. I can’t wait to go back to see what new goodies have come in since I was last there. Do yourself a favor and go here-you won’t be disappointed!”

“Really neat spot with cool clothes. The brand name items will get priced up though, especially with tags on! Bought two skirts for $10 each and loved hunting around. Changing rooms available too!”

“I consign and shop at this wonderful store. Great selection of gently used clothing and home goods. I’ve learned Jaya is selective and so I bring clothing and other goods I feel will be considered knowing she understands what her customers expect. Great shop.”

“I came here for the first time and will be back because of how amazing it is. I brought in some of my kiddos clothes/ítems and everything was accepted and we were able to trade it in for the next size up that she needed. The store is lovely and I highly recommend.”

“Amazing selection of really nice secondhand stuff. Excellent curation of clothes and shoes that are in good condition, plus the shop has such a nice atmosphere, it feels way more like a fun fancy boutique than a consignment shop.”

“Tim is amazing - a true artisan like you can't find these days. Meticulous and conscientious and HIGHLY skilled. Any type of refurbishing, repair, refinishing, etc....he's the best there is. And the shop is an authentic treasure trove! So many spectacular antiques and just cool old things you'll never find anywhere else. And you can tell Tim loves it all. Stop by, browse thru, find something wonderful you can't live without, have a nice chat, then have coffee next door. You'll be back!”

“Cecily saved the day and found me the perfect dress to go to a wedding, the same day of the event. My other options hadn't worked out, and I knew where to go - Rags Warehouse! Cecily is a gem and a joy to be around. She has a wonderful eye and an even better attitude. The quality, value and selection at the shop is always top notch. Thank you for all you do. (I am the one in the blue dress.)”

“YOU MUST VISIT THIS STORE!! This is one of the best places I’ve happened upon!!! Such a beautiful eclectic mix of everything you never thought you needed in your life but now have to have. Everything is hand picked and sourced through the owner, Christine, who blew me away with knowledge, enthusiasm and warmth! It’s everything you would want in a shopping experience!”

“I always find some good clothing items when I stop in. Recently bought 5 shirts plus a pair of jeans for $35 total. There are boutique items but also racks of discount clothing for $4 each item. And the money goes to a great cause!”

“For an upper scale consignment store, the owner and many of the employees are quite friendly, they don’t have that Boulder snobbiness like many other stores have (including Rags often times)”

“The store is close to where I live, so I use it often. And overall, there are no missing items.
It's almost department store level.
I can't help but praise the price.. I really love it.”

“Once upon a child is always clean, organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. Their process of taking in bins to check is smooth and easy and we are regular customers due to this easy process!”

“I shop at the Arc thrift store multiple times a month. Usually it's later in the evening and the night staff is extremely friendly. Even when I come in later they take the time to show me things in the case never making me feel rushed. The staff is knowledgeable about their products, and will even help me try and find that special something, but I've been looking for. Kate always greets me by name, and always has something nice to say. Although, sometimes crowded, I constantly see the staff cleaning and straightening up the aisles. Keeping the store, clean and organized for the guest. The donation drop off is easy, and there's always someone there to help you. They even have a food donation area, helping local food banks.”

“Stopped by to check this store out. It's huge, Lots of clothing, all in exceptional condition and the prices were great. I'm talking like six, nice shirts and jackets for $20. Crazy pricing. They had more than clothes too, but I was just looking at the clothing and there is a lot there to look at.”

“I'm leaving this review in defense of an employee who I watched be verbally abused by an apparently-regular customer today. I'm angry with myself for not realizing what was happening while the customer was still there so I could intervene, and shocked the owner/manager lets her keep coming back.

I'm so sorry, Mariana. You were incredibly calm, patient and respectful while that horrible woman berated you. You and your colleagues deserve better, I hope your manager does the right thing and tells her never to return.”

“Came here to sell a few of my things today. The staff was very pleasant and they only took a few items from 17 items I brought. Which is totally understandable, I got a few bucks and I thought it was a fair deal. ?? thank you, Plato’s Closet.”

“After reading the other reviews, I was apprehensive going to Plato’s closet to sell my clothes. However, I ended up having a great experience! The worker assisting me was super friendly and helpful. I got there shortly after opening and their sorting process took 1 hour. I ended up getting about ~$70 from bringing in 3 bags of clothes. I’ll definitely be back in the future!”
