I can never get ahold of anyone, the website never lets me log in and every time I try to pay over the phone it says it can’t process my card so I’m constantly getting charged late fees. Horrible service

My experience with StorQuest has been superb. And also thoughtful. My guy, John, was very friendly when I came in harried from a move that resulted in more than I could put in my place. He helped me by calculating the space I had reserved online with what we would be bringing in. It was a good space. And such a relief!There was one "problem" we joked about; the handle to bring down the door was waaaay out of my reach. John commented he could fix that for me with an appropriate length of rope. I thanked him, but I had noticed he was busy, so I was not sure he would have time. But on my next trip in, there was an extra long rope, just for my convenience! (O:That was thoughtful and John came through with what he said he would do. How often does that happen these days?

Fast, friendly, easy. Love that I could book online. My unit is clean and easily accessible. The whole facility feels super secure.

I got rid of many of the things in my larger storage unit so wanted to downsize it. I went into the office and was able to transfer to a smaller unit within about 15 minutes. The remainder of the month was pro-rated and applied to the new unit. I was allowed 48 hours to transfer everything from the old unit to the new unit which was no problem. Couldn't be happier about how easy it was.

The big reason we were so satisfied was because of Johnathan Rud who always, always gave us great service and was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We were out of state and he would update me on conditions in the area due to the horrible fire that came so to the Storage Units in 2021. The area was kept clean and secure. With Johnathan living on site, this also gave us great peace of mind as all we owned was in storage for over a yearThank you,Monique and Mark McLean .

I probably shouldn't write review's for Louisville anymore since I give everything 5 star and start crying since the fire. But they have kept things clean and been more then accommodating for my family that lost their home.

This place is totally predatory in its practices. Baits you in with one rate and will rapidly increase to an insane amount. Poor customer service to boot. Don’t use them

Space was advertised as 4x10. Salesperson assured me it was “close.” Should have known better. Measured almost exactly 3x9.UPDATE: 8/9/21Moved out of storage unit. Was given full refund.

I highly recommend this location. The unit was very accessible and secure and the customer service, from purchasing our unit to unloading was excellent. We used the space for 6 months for a home improvement project and if I should ever need a storage facility again, StoreQuest is my first choice. Thank you all for making it such a painless and streamlined process.
