“The staff was super helpful and accommodating. I came to pick up my Colfax marathon promo shirt, which was supposed to be available for two more days. Unfortunately the colfax people picked all of the Boulder Runners roost shirts up yesterday, but the staff was able to call their Denver location and arrange for my shirt to be shipped to me since I live in northern Colorado. I really appreciated them going out of their way to do that and saving me the further drive into Denver.”

“This was my first time shopping at Tradehome Shoes. It was the Broomfield location at the Flatirons mall. I had great experience. They had exactly what I was looking for and more. Luna did an excellent job at helping me. The store was busy and she did a good job of managing every ones needs. I got the shoes I wanted, then she showed me another pair for a great price. I only was looking for a pair of shoes, but I ended up getting three because the prices were good, and the shoes were beautiful. They didn't have the right size for one pair I wanted, but Luna helped me order them while still retaining the Buy One Get One half off deal. Amazing service and great shoes. I will be back in the future!”

“If you want your Newtons, go straight to the source! This store is awesome and the employees are fantastic! They've got everything you need from shoes, socks, shirts, hats, and various other accessories. It's very bright and inviting as well. All of their products are also 100% VEGAN I don't remember the name of the guy that helped me (I'm terrible with names) but he was very personable as well as helpful. This was my second time here, so the first time I visited he had me try out the fate series shoe as an intro to the brand. When I returned today (8 months later) he gave me a rundown on all of the different types of shoes they have and let me try them out. They have some great deals too. Best running shoes and best store you'll find hands down!”

“I had to go to the mall to get something fixed with my phone and I had to wait for two hours. I went into half the stores and Alexis/Lexi was the best worker out of every store I went into. She's informative, good at giving personal knowledge and experience with the products she was selling. I would know since I did retail for ten years! If I wasn't particular about what socks I like I would have bought those with my shoes. Not sure her title but she deserves a raise.”

“I’ve owned three different pairs of redwing boots over the past 15 years. I’ve always done my due diligence to keep them clean and oiled after they’ve gotten wet or muddy. On two of the pairs, the stitching started to come apart after a few years of use. Took them back into the local store and they sent them off and had the stitching redone as good as new.This last time after the stitching was repaired, I was no longer able to get my foot into the boot. They sent it back one more time to attempt to repair it. When they came back and I still was not able to get my foot inside, the boot store manager wanted to make things right and went ahead and replaced my boots with the new pair.The customer service that they provide is outstanding. Greatly appreciate it and I’ll be continuing to wear my red wing boots for work!”

“I’ve been running for years now but recently decided to get a new vest and a bladder rather than the two water bottles in the front. Unfortunately I got a defective bladder from another store but couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t work. Thankfully Michael at the Louisville RR clued me in and fixed it all for me today! He confirmed the problem was the bladder and not me and did the work calling the other store to get the info needed for a quick exchange. This saved me so much time and stress I couldn’t thank him enough.Everyone at this store is is knowledgeable and helpful I love going here for all things running related”
