Hands down the BEST UPS Store I’ve ever been to. The staff here are total rockstars—friendly, fast, and always on top of their game. Whether I’m dropping off a return, shipping something important, or just grabbing a few supplies, they make it quick, easy, and honestly enjoyable (which is saying a lot for errands!).
They’ve saved me more than once with last-minute help and never make you feel rushed or like a burden. You can tell they actually care, and that kind of service is rare these days.
If you’re looking for a place that gets things DONE and treats you like a human while doing it—this is it. 10/10 would recommend every time.”

Jim went above and beyond he was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient as he guided me through the best and safest way to ship some work equipment. “I'm giving this 5-stars, with some caveats. The convenience, hours, location, and especially the customer service was spot on. Can't say enough how great and professional the service was. However, charging $16 for USPS 2-day priority mail while the USPS office charges $9.65 is a serious profit mark-up. Granted, it was convenient, but if you have multiple 2-day priority mailings you might instead want to just plan ahead of time and go to the US Post Office and save the 40% mark-up fee.”

“I made the mistake of buying a gorgeous painting at an auction, and won at an incredible price but like an idiot I didn't read the dimensions and it was huge, 6' x 4.5'. Which made shipping almost impossible.Called Craters and Freighters and Ryan who helped me was awesome to work with, they packaged painting incredibly well and it arrived unscathed. Highly recommend this company if you have a valuable or intangible painting that's hard to ship. It wasn't cheap to ship due to the size but it was priced incredibly fairly in my opinion and dont think they could have shipped such a large painting any cheaper nor better. Wish I had 4 hands to give Ryan and team Craters four thumbs up.”
“I am thrilled with the kind service I received today over the phone and in person.
Amazon coordinated a pickup time for a large item that I wasn’t able to accommodate and here I am with a large/heavy object to schlep to ups (with a bum knee no less).
I called ahead as the box the item came in was a bit damaged and needed some doctoring before it went out. Robbie answered the phone with a smile in his voice and confirmed not only was he happy to help me get the item into their store he’d also help re-box the item.
Upon arrival I went in and asked for Robbie and he was quick to help me unload my car of not only the item but also the oversized box. He had remembered my call earlier today and did everything he could to ensure my dream of getting the package boxed/shipped came true.
By the time I moved my car and walked back in the item was boxed up and pretty much ready to go & I was offered a receipt.
Huge huge thanks to Robbie who showed exemplary customer service and care. Couldn’t recommend this UPS location more.”
“The staff, especially Liz and Ally have been wonderful. My family and I put together a pamphlet for a funeral on Thursday but we didn’t get it to them until Wednesday morning. I had taken it over to a competitor and they quoted me almost twice the price and an extra day to print the project. I brought it over to FedEx on 120th and Pecos, Westminster, CO and Ally greeted me with a smile and became an angel for me. She was able to help me with the project getting it on a USB so that I could bring it in the next morning and let them print off the pamphlets for me. I just picked them up and they turned out beautifully. Ally and Liz were definitely my angels this week and did a beautiful job! Thank you for being kind, empathetic, supportive and very helpful during this very hard time. I’d recommend this store every day of the week!”

“Michael is super knowledgeable and always very helpful. Super nice guy with a great attitude it’s always a pleasure to work with him. I always feel lucky when he’s around to help me with my printing and shipping. This last time I couldn’t get a shipping label to load for printing, and he was able to get it printed up with a screenshot that I emailed him. I hope FedEx knows what a gem they have working for them, and keep him happy so he’s around for years to come.”
“I brought in 18 homemade weekly calendars to have spirals put in, as well as several wall calendars as well. The spiral job was perfect for all, no loose pages, and with previous office stores I've had an occasional problem, so I'm wary.”

“Fast, helpful service! Zack did a great job offering fast, helpful service. I had to ship some tent poles. There was a problem with my original container where it opened up too far. Zack got it back to the normal size for me. Then, he measured my container and was able to offer a box at those dimensions which saved me on shipping. I will be shipping my items from here again. Thank you!”
