MOD closed 6 minutes early. I was in desperate need of milk! Tall, thin, Caucasian woman, long blonde curly hair. SHAME!

Shady, deceptive and downright dishonest! You walk in the door and there's a huge display of fruit with a huge sign. (Today it's cherries for 3.77 per pound.) What you don't notice is this little tiny print in the upper left corner that says "Just for U - download our app!" If you don't install Safeway's app on your personal phone, give it all your information, find the buried coupon, and add it to your phone number, you don't get that price. The price is in a huge font and there's no other price listed. But surprise, at the register, without all the mobile phone nonsense, they're actually charging you 6.99 per pound - almost double! They're counting on the fact that you won't notice, or that you won't do anything about it even if you do notice. They do this week after week. The fruit changes but the dishonesty stays the same. Shame on Safeway, and shame on anyone who stays working here knowing that the company is intentionally ripping off their customers. I will never, ever shop here again. Ever!

Awful customer service when trying to get a meal from the deli. +1 point for machines taking your job young lady.

Middle aged male cashier was super unhelpful for easy swap. I've gone through his line twice now and he simply wouldn't assist me either time with a price match for a product that they were out of in a larger size but had the smaller pack. Poor customer service and will not be shopping this location again as they are consistently out of this product and won't address the shortage nor accommodate a price adjust. That's just not good business practice.

Got rid of their reduced for quick sale section of baked goods and bread and opting to throw everything away instead. Would rather waste food to squeeze another dollar or two out of the community.
Just watched an employee dump an entire shopping cart full of baked goods in the dumpster. Insulting considering high inflation on food and high profits for grocers.
Not to mention there's always 1-2 items that ring up with an incorrect price.
Support other grocery stores instead.

That was out on March 28. So, that's not the price of limes for the last 9 days. That's tricky for those choosing to purchase something and lied to about the price.

Caitlin at the Safeway Bakery in Louisville makes the most amazing birthday cakes! She listened to exactly what we wanted - she went above and beyond to make several amazing cakes! Caitlin, thank you! We'll be back in May for our next birthday party!

Absolute 3rd world grocery store. What kind of a uncivilized meth addict doesn't have bags? Especially for deliveries

Kathy, the manager, has pushed out many employees not because of their work ethic but because she wants to take the hours. She doesn’t know the way around the store and she doesn’t know how to manage people. She’s lazy, rude and cruel. She “cuts back hours” because of labor costs while she clocks overtime every week. Not to mention, she is rude to customers.I have gone there for many years and have witnessed all of this first hand. I have found friendships in many of the past and present employees and all of them have expressed a concern about her terrible leadership, managerial skills, and lack of care for the employees and the customers. She is an extraordinarily bad representative of the store and the brand. If it were my business she would not be able to step foot inside and certainly wouldn’t be managing anything. The level to which she degrades her employees IN FRONT of customers is disgusting. I’m quite shocked that Safeway has allowed such distasteful behavior for so long. Solely because of her, I will not continue to shop at that store. It would be in the company’s best interest to let her go.

Did this place just get looted? That's what you'll think half the time you visit. Empty shelves are the norm here, regardless of the weather, holiday or no holiday. They simply don't care to restock, so every time I go, I leave without 1/4 the items on my list. Absentee and apathetic employees. Only thing it had going for it is proximity to my house, but with so many frustrations here, I've decided to make the few extra minutes drive to better nearby grocery stores. You should too.

Been using store for 8 years. A bit old 20+ years, but well stocked and it has good employees who look out for customers!

Okay, this is very alarming for me, I had picked up some frozen biscuits (sell by 4/xx/24) and when I went to cook them tonight the entire top of the biscuits were covered in thick mold, keep in mind these are frozen biscuits, to me this feels like the freezers failed or something in transport and no one cared enough to look into itBe careful
