It is independent, thoughtful, curated and craft-made businesses like this that make our downtowns thriving centers that we want to visit. As soon as we stepped in tonight, Liz greeted us and showed my wife and i the most beautiful and classy gifts to send our great nephew. What a fantastic store with incredible hospitality and service. Please don’t click on Amazon… go to this shop and trade locally with people who deserve your money:)

Cutest selection of kids stuff! Unfortunately they stopped including their sale merchandise in store and only allow you to purchase online. I can purchase many of the brands they carry for 10-20% less online already (Kyte, Kickee Pants, Magnetic Me etc); I go to Pitter Patter to support an adorable local business. Unfortunately, being told I can’t browse the sale section in-store seems at best restrictive and at worst like a ploy to only push full priced items. Please reconsider your merchandising strategy, as many customers expect some sort of sale section to quell the pain for paying $50+ for an infant cardigan.

This boutique is a dream! Such unique offerings from clothing and accessories to books and toys. The friendliest employees who are quick to help find additional sizes and answer any questions you may have. It is absolutely worth stopping by if you are in the area. First time there, but I will definitely be back!

Everything about this boutique is so lovely. I must have visited more than a dozen times in the last year since expecting/welcoming our baby girl, and every time is a delight. The curation is impeccable—there are consistently so many beautiful items to choose from. The service is always kind and diligent. The space is bright, cheery, and precisely organized and orchestrated. It is momma’s oasis and a gift-giver’s haven. Truly a gem!

Super adorable baby boutique nestled in the heart (side heart) of downtown Louisville. They recently moved to a bigger store front a slight side step off the main drag. I was brought in here by co worker looking for a specific item for her kiddo. This store is huge and adorable. I give the owner lots of props for the wonderful curation. It takes A LOT of work. I couldn't give them a full 5 stars because the clothing is soooo expensive. $35+ for a onesie / jumper my kiddo will out grow in a few months? It's hard to swallow the price. I get it. It's a boutique. It's cute. They work hard to curate. Beware that you'll love everything in here and walk out with a big bill.

I am super disappointed in the customer service I received today. I have shopped at this significantly over priced store for the past year as I live around the corner. I shopped here to support a local store during hard times. Between myself and my sister and gift cards, I have spent easily over $1k this year. Last week, I bought a $33 hat for my son (which I can buy at Nordstrom for less); the sizing was way off - I bought a medium for 2-4 year old and he is almost 3 and it was too small. So I came in today to exchange (not return) and they denied me the ability to get a bigger size because the tags were off. Well, how many parents out there wash and remove itchy tags before it goes on the kid expecting the item to fit? I know one of the women really tried to get the exchange done and maybe just eat the cost while the other one just blatantly said no and basically suggested that I should just have my son wear it a certain way to force it to fit...ummm ok....no! No more shopping and ordering from here!

Best baby & kids boutique I have found! Liz C. and all the staff are so wonderful! They just moved into a larger space and now have so many more options for infant through tween. It can be difficult to find adorable boy fashion, but this shop fits the bill! My son has been the best dressed since we started shopping here when he was a baby. Now as a preschooler, we both love to go browse for his clothes and toys! They have educational toys and activities that always keep him busy. The book selection is amazing, we never leave without at least one. I love having all the best brands in one place and shopping local. When I shop for baby showers, I always win "Best Gift" Plus they wrap everything up so beautifully - life saver!! Stop in for kids clothing, shoes, baby gear, toys, books, and amazing gifts!

What an outstanding experience. Kelly helped me to pick out a variety of amazing items (teethers and the cutest spring outfit). They are the perfect gift for my grand niece.When I made a huge blunder and thought I had ordered an item that I thought wasn’t delivered, Liz personally responded back within a few minutes to resolve the issue. My bad! I had forgotten to add a particular item to my order. Liz was so kind and incredibly personable.From consumer experience and personal touch to the outstanding product, I love Pitter Patter and will shop again.Oh, and I’m from NJ! That’s how much I love this place.

A great store with cute and unique selections. Was able to find gifts for two friends and pick up a couple for mine that is soon to arrive. I'm really happy to have a local baby store to go to!
