1130 Pine St STE 4, LouisvilleTeresa is magical. My cat can be absolutely vicious if you try to bathe him or brush certain spots. To make things even worse, he has had bad experiences with a previous groomer. But he loves Teresa.
She is really good at reading his mood and giving him the time, space, and things (like a towel to hide under) he needs to feel safe. She gives him hugs when we first arrive. I can tell she really cares about him.
He always comes out with no signs of stress. When we get home, he doesn't hide, which he always did after his other grooming appointments. He even has a little extra bounce in his step.
This place is really out of the way for me, but the drive is worth it to keep my little guy safe and happy.
FYI: The photos are after he groomed his mane himself. When he came out he was perfect and fluffy.

Leigha was our server and she was PHENOMENAL! She helped ring in our 10 year anniversary so well- from recommendations to checking on us, she is very polite and professional.
All in all, we felt these were fair prices for the cuisine and service.
We will definitely be coming back!

The food situation seems to have been in a lot of flux the last few years and I don’t love the current one. The pizza in particular is nauseatingly cheese (on the order of Chuck E Cheese). The wings were pretty good though.
