They have continued to monitor the past, present, and future maintenance required for our 2001 Odyssey (224000 miles; original engine with a rebuilt transmission). A very well built and enduring product. The most recent maintenance visit to Bending Wrenches was for time and distance on the
vehicle. Spark plugs needed to be replaced, and plug cylinders needed cleaning. Once again the team completed a thorough inspection of the vehicle. The Odyssey had an oil leak that has been difficult to find. The team at Bending Wrenches endured the mystery leak until they added a “dye” to the most recent oil change. Thankfully, the dye worked; the elusive leak was discovered, repaired and the Odyssey continues her journey with 237 K. Thanks to the entire team at Bending Wrenches. “I love the Boulder Grease Monkey! I've been using them for oil changes since 2019 and I will never go anywhere else. They are lovely people, good at their job, and so attentive. The last time I went in, someone came to the parking lot as I was getting out to take my keys as I went to check in. I walked in the door and the man at the register had already pulled up my account by my license plate. They can get a bit busy sometimes but the customer service is well wait the 30/45 minute wait.”

“The service manager came through after I had a last minute emergency! In the process of changing the oil in my Ford F150 (I did this myself - unrelated to their service.) The plastic plug that Ford uses in the oil pan broke in two, leaving me stranded with no way to refill the oil. All of the parts departments in all the dealerships around were closed as it is already 6PM and I was faced with being stranded until the next day. The service manager (I believe his name was Dave) of the quick lane came through and spent 10 minutes tracking down the oil plug from the parts department and setting up payment! I was able to get a ride to come pick it up 10 minutes later. That's service! He went outside of his job duties and responsibilities to take care of someone who wasn't even a customer! I do most of my own maintenance on my cars, but when I do need the assistance of a shop, I'm definitely coming in!”

“I hit something and knew I had a flat tire and looked for the closest place I could get my vehicle into and I was right by Wal-mart and decided to see if they would be available. They were able to get me in right away and let me know all of my options. First, they tried to patch the tire, but that wasn't possible, so they worked with me on an affordable option to replace the tire. I was also able to get my windshield wipers replaced, all for a little over $100. The employees there were so nice and very understanding to my situation as I was trying to make it into work that morning. I felt like I was taken care of and will definitely go back there to get tires and other automotive maintenance in the future.”
