“I wanted to give a mention to the new head clerk, Penny, at this location. We've been going to this store for 20 years and half of our family has worked there, my husband helped set this location up when it first opened. Penny took the time today to give me information on the apartment complex she lives in. Not usually something a head clerk does for a customer. My daughter was viewing a unit in the same complex today and it's to be her first apartment. Being a single mother to my first grandson, I am admittedly worried that my daughter won't end up at a safe place. Penny was so kind, she took the time to ease my mind and give me all the necessary info about the complex. Penny definitely went over and above, and I appreciated it greatly! �”
