This LabCorp is the worst run place. Service is horrible, staff visibly do not care and are having loud inappropriate conversations behind the desk. Just before my blood was drawn, another employee comes into the room with someone and begins to introduce my tech to the person and having an extensive conversation about how she will be starting in a month. They did not acknowledge at all that I was getting my blood drawn. I had to interject a minute into the conversation as I had to get back to work. This was extremely unprofessional. Management needs to have a very serious talk with all employees about professional behavior in the workplace.
I will never be coming here again.

Appointments here don’t matter. I fasted for labs and waited 30 minutes in a crowded tiny waiting area. Ended up having to leave so I wouldn’t miss my meeting.

Don’t come on Fridays especially any day before 9am. Only one staff member till 9am. Ideally labcorp staffs more people.

Impersonal. Was told to simply do a quick drop off, no check in, just a drop and go..
Instead, the person sitting right behind the desk refers everyone to 2 check in kiosk in too small of a space to check in.. holding the item in my hand trying to use a touchscreen. Filling out items that can be done quickly by the front desk.
To close it all out the woman behind the front desk called out annoyed and super loud with a personal item that I do not wish to share with everyone in the small space. Not a great place to go and would recommend finding another location

LabCorp team at this location is irresponsible. One of the assistants was unwell and wasn't even wearing a mask. She was coughing up everything. My pregnant wife fell ill as a result of her. I wouldn't advise anyone to visit this place.

There always seems to be an issue here. Systems down, billing issues, cant do anything if you dont have physical papers but the app and emails push for doing everything virtually. It would be nice if they gave the people with appointments the heads up not to come in if they cant access things. Wasting your time and gas money.

All these recent negative reviews had a very different experience than I did. 10am on a Thursday, walk-in, slightly confusing check-in process but the employees were very friendly and got me back there and done in just a few minutes. There were multiple people coming through during this time and already a couple ahead of me but they had at least 3 staff and it wasn't an issue at all.

My experience here was seamless. Had an appointment scheduled and was in and out in 30 minutes. It wasn't busy when I was there so I'd guess at certain times a walk-in might go relatively quickly too. They have a digital kiosk that makes check-in easy. There is plenty of parking since this location is in a hospital. Finding the suite was a bit tricky but there are multiple doors into the building and plenty of directories to guide you. I went a little out of my way to go here and it was worth it. Might do testing here again in the future!

I’ve had blood drawn at this location twice now and both times as a walk-in. I came with my paperwork from the doctor and also ensured I was showing up at a less busy time.I have nothing but great experiences at this location doing the above. The lady working the front desk (who also takes my blood) has always been in a great mood, very friendly banter, and on top of that she’s efficient!Nothing but love for this location. I have been to other locations and have had leas than ideal experiences but this one? They’ve been great.

If you go here, ask for Dena to draw your blood. I have veins that many people have trouble with (unless they are very experienced and GOOD) and she always gets one in one try with no problem.
