I ordered mega press parts from the Greeley, Co. location. When I went to pick up my parts, they were rude, disrespectful, lazy, vaping at the counter, ordered the wrong parts then accused me of everything that went wrong. After one of them said, " you're killing me!", I left. I am a combat veteran of 4 wars, so his statement made me very mad. I called the Louisville location. They apologized for Greeley, researched to be sure I got the correct parts, called me right back, called me right when my parts came in, and treated me like I was the most important person in the room. These guys are an excellent rep for an excellent company.

I absolutely love shopping at George T Sanders in Louisville Colorado. The staff is incredibly helpful. Some of the very best Customer service you can get. I would highly recommend anyone that need plumbing supplies to even ask some plumbing questions to use these guys!!

Chris is awesome, he even stayed late on a bitterly cold Friday to get a part transferred up from another location so I could fix my furnace. He provided the kind of service you hope still exists in this world, and apparently it's alive and well at GTS! Thanks guys!!

These guys are fantastic, they not only helped my find the right parts to fix my leaky bathtub faucet they gave me helpful advice. I don't think I could have done it without them. My first DIY plumbing project and it was successful!

I was struggling with reconfiging the drain plumbing under my kitchen sink after getting a new sink. The employees were extremely helpful, and several of them spend time helping me engineer the right solution, and selected the right tools for the job. I wasted time on the internet and at the big box stores the day before and got nowhere. After working with GS Plumbing, I competed the job in very little time.
