Jenna was WONDERFUL to work with!! She is super friendly, a great communicator, and very knowledgeable about the neighborhood in Golden we were looking in. She was also patient with us as first-time home buyers, and answered all our questions about the buying process and questions like "how much would it cost to fix that?" on house showings. She was always quick to respond to our messages, and fast/flexible in setting up showings. Once we went under contract, she also went above and beyond to get us quotes to fix items that the inspection found. Would highly recommend :)

Jenna was everything I ever could've hoped for in a realtor. She helped us understand everything that goes into the process of home buying. She was incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer the limitless questions we had along the way. She helped us navigate the shifting local market. Jenna Catalona-Davis is THE BEST! My husband and I are not only new to Colorado but new to real estate in general, and we couldn’t have gone through this process without Jenna’s knowledge and guidance. From intro to closing, she was with us every step of the way. She is crazy quick with all of her correspondence, is incredibly honest and genuine with all of her feedback, and overall is just an incredibly lovely person. She not only fought for us to get our house against multiple other offers, but she then fought for us to gain after our inspection. So appreciative and grateful to Jenna for giving us a smooth overall process in a truly insane market. Thank you Jenna!

Libby and Molly are a great team! They helped us find our perfect house. We started casually looking about a year ago. Any time one came up that fit our needs, Libby set our showings up right away. Both Libby and Molly are very thorough and knowledgeable when walking through homes. They know what to look for and what might be red flags. Worked with Jenna at First Summit on both selling our old house and buying our new one. In a market that is as crazy as this, juggling both a sale and a purchase can be very complicated. Jenna guided us through the whole process, gave us great advice, and was very responsive with our many questions. As first-time home buyers, my husband and I reached out to First Summit Realty after being recommended by our friends who purchased their first home with First Summit in Lafayette 6 years ago. Our experience was wonderful, here's why: After looking on the market for ~6 months, and seriously for ~1, we had found a home that we really loved, it was "the one." We were ready to put in an offer, and want to go in aggressively low due to time on market. We had been in touch with an agent elsewhere but did not feel like they would be a strong negotiator or ally for us in the first-time home buying process. On our friends recommendation, we reached out to First Summit who put us in touch with Jenna (Catalona-Davis) whose region spanned Denver-metro. Jenna was truly our partner in the process! She guided us as first-time homebuyers and worked with us to build a strategy that took all things into consideration-previous purchase price, time on market, comparisons, how renovations were factored into the listing price. Jenna was a weapon in negotiations and worked hard to get our offer accepted $20,000 below list price 2 days after submitting our initial offer. I can't overstate enough that she was absolutely a partner in the process-she demystified the home buying process, took every question we had and made sure we felt comfortable choosing to move forward with every next step.
