Was in on Sunday July 13th and I saw jay, an employee hold one a door and help load individuals into a women’s car for her. I love seeing kindness and he wasn’t asked or prompted to just did a nice thing for someone else

Best customer service. John has helped me so much through the years, he should get 10% commission. Printing, shipping, posters, letters, id cards, box sizing, document labels, the list goes on. He has helped save my job on a few days. I’m moving soon, will TRULY miss this Fed Ex and specifically John. Thx!

I have been using this store for years. They have helped me on many projects--I publish books). They have always been kind and receptive to what I needed and have had many good ideas over the years. This has been for decades since I moved to Louisville.
