“I'm going to give a mixed review... I give Dr. Zachary Shpall FIVE STARS! He is the BEST doctor we have ever found for my mother! He expresses genuine concern and actually LISTENS to her and to us, as we are her primary caretakers. We have been going to this practice for many years, but when the practice switched hands, we considered leaving after being disregarded by multiple doctors and staff on multiple occasions (clearly demonstrated by the 1-star ratings online). Gratefully, our previous doctor left the practice, and we were assigned to Dr. Shpall. I love him!! PLEASE NEVER LET HIM LEAVE THE ARVADA CLINIC! He is the best thing that ever happened to that office. He is kind, genuine and clearly has my mother's best interest at heart. I am so grateful we landed on his patient schedule and truly hope he never leaves this practice!”

“Dr Griffin and Dr Lavigne are amazing! My daughter had the back of her earring stuck in her ear and they could not have been more compassionate, loving, patient and kind. They went the extra mile for us and was able to get it out so we didn't have to go to Children's. They spent a lot of time talking to her, explaining everything, and building her confidence so they could get it out quick. I also want to mention that the front desk staff was very helpful, kind and had smiles on their faces when we came in and when we left. The medical assistant working with Dr Griffin was sweet, caring and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this place and the caring staff!”
