“The customer service folks were so helpful after my own dumb mistake. Long story short, I bought a whole cart overflowing with items for my new place & somehow left an entire duvet set at the bottom (in cart return next to my car). I went home to put away & assemble all my other items. It took me hours to realize before calling in. Nice guy told me there was no sign of it & asked if I'd like to leave my name & number in case it did. I called once more the next day and was told there'd been no sign of it, presumed stolen. Then, the customer service rep asked me to wait while he checked with his manager, unprompted. She informed me if I brought my original receipt & card in store, they could give me a refund. So, that's what I did, thanked them profusely, and bought a replacement immediately. Very nice and helpful staff consistently!”
“Bought a new computer. While they were friendly and knowledgeable, the first Best Buy I went to didn't have it. But they found it at the Westminster location (the one I'm reviewing). So at the first Best Buy I was able to pay for everything and by the time I got to the Westminster Best Buy, the friendly and smiling staff at that location had everything ready and waiting on me. Great company with great employees!”

“So far the best customer service I've had at any Best Buy. Didn't get the associates name that helped us but he went above and beyond to help us understand what we were purchasing. Was patient, knowledgeable and respectful. I will get his name and post it on here. Another of his coworker helped out as well and he was also great. Bought a laptop for our business. So if you ever need help, this is the Best Buy to go to for help (104th & I-25).”
“We had an excellent experience with Alazar, our sales rep. We had placed an order to upgrade a phone on the Verizon app and the original pickup location couldn't find the phone I had ordered. This store fixed the problem and took care of all the details. A very good experience overall.”
“Went to switch from T-Mobile to Metro by T-Mobile so I could apply for a federal assisted phone plan with out signing up with another company where I could not take my phone number with me. The switching is always a time consuming ordeal but went faster than most because the clerk was alone and other customers were needing help too. All in all it was a good experience.If you are eligible for the ACP program due to the inflation or a senior citizen you might want to check it out I will pay $10 a month for service. Since I have internet at home I didn't request data on my plan.”

“I was into Target in Westminster last night to buy items for my new apartment and what a "Socks knocked off" experience that was.
I've been living in another part of town that shall remain nameless, where I would often flip a coin between one of two Target locations and that "other" chain store, because there just wasn't that much of a difference in what matters to me, but this was a entirely different game in Westminster.
From the parking lot to the bathrooms, the entire store was immaculately clean, well stocked and even faced to perfection in every department. They had everything I needed, and to top it off, even though I had lots of questions about where items were located, what products best suited me, and endless tech questions, the service was Ritz Carlton level GREAT.
Special Thanks to Stephanie, Noah, CJ, and Sarah, who helped me with all of my needs with so much kindness and smiles, from household cleaners to a Ring doorbell to my first album ever (Had to be Taylor Swift) they just couldn't have been nicer or more inviting. It made shopping, which I normally hate, a lot of FUN.

“Staff and owner are super friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to assist and deliver great customer service. If I need anything cooked that isn't on the grill, as long as it's in stock, they will make it fresh for me and in 5mins or less. So in my opinion this is the best 7-Eleven location and the only location I'll go to all other 7-Elevens have bad customer service. This store is amazing and always super clean and I'll definitely be back time and time again.??”

“I’ve been in more than a few targets, and for some reason this store is ran very well as well as stocked very well. The employees are nice and it is extremely clean. Overall, I’m not a huge fan of targets, but this one is definitely worth going to. Expect more pay more that should be their motto change!”

“Best location I’ve been to in a long time. I came at about 2am for some drinks and snacks. The employee welcomed us with a friendly greeting. Everything was being stocked or already stocked. I’ve seen more selections at this store than others so I was impressed. While we were paying the card reader was having some issues but the employee was super patient and had great small talk while waiting. From now on this will be my number 1 7/11 for best customer service, cleanliness, and product stocked”

“It looks like there is only 1 recent review so here is mine.I have been going to this store regularly since 2019 and it's 2022. I want to say the customer service has only gotten better. This store may not always have a large range of grill items or warm food but it is my favorite place to go get a drink, ice cream or candy for me and my family. When there is a line the 2nd person ALWAYS opens another register. They are nice to me when I come in dressed up, in nasty painting clothes or honestly even my jammies early in the mornings. I've dealt with several employees but there is a girl with silver hair who is maybe around 28 or so and she is super kind and has great customer service. Even when my kids over fill their slurpee cups and make a mess they are nice.If your looking for the freshest doughnuts or warm hot dogs or mini tacos this is not your 7-11 but if your looking for a cold soda and kind people to help you this is your place.”
“The two older gentlemen who work here are great. Very cordial, very fast, and always on top of things. One of the younger kids who works here (I believe he is Indian) is not so great. He doesn't honor the posted discounts and when asked to correct the prices he just says "No, I don't care" and won't even go an check the tags. Very disappointing. When he is on shift, don't expect to get anything on sale unless you want to pay full price.”
“I am so excited for our local Target to be up and running. Some of the staff here are so consistent that we now know them by face. I specifically will go to people at the check out just to say hi and see how they are doing. I have made a lot of my dream purchases here and have saved some of them specifically for this location to support the store manager and this clean, organized, and sufficient store. Some of our best dinners have come from the grab and go dinner bags, the special offers at the end of the isles. and as a sensitive eater we get plenty of exciting options to participate normally in life with . “Checked online for a specific item (game controller). When I got there, I couldn't locate it, so I finally resigned and asked for help. The staff member was able to direct me to the right aisle, where I eventually found the item (by computer peripherals instead of by the game console I was purchasing for). Employees were friendly and helpful, but the store felt empty. 5 Stars if the item was easier to find, or if staff were more easy to engage with.”
