I was having some struggles with my glasses nosepiece and Sarah was super friendly and helpful! Costco has my lifelong love and their team is incredibly kind, respectful and helpful!

I called to verify they would replace lenses on a pair of glasses that I didn't purchase at Costco. When I arrived, they said they will not put replacement lenses into any glasses not purchased at Costco. This was a complete waste of my time. Please educate your staff on your capacity.

0 stars if I could. My ROOMMATES and I share a costco card. The roommate that's name is on the card is currently sick in the hospital, so she cannot go to Costco, but me and the other roommates needed to. We shopped around for 30 minutes and got to the checkout only to be met with the rudest attitude by the rudest employee known to man. Didn't get her name, but she was short and had curly dark hair. She showed no compassion and forced us to leave without any groceries. DO NOT go to this establishment, they are a money hungry capitalist company that only cares about profit, not one of their card members who is SICK AND IN THE HOSPITAL who we are just trying to get food for.

I go in every three or four weeks; there are about two dozen items that I buy there, mostly snacks, but also paper products and flats of canned goods of various sorts. It takes a while to get used to Costco, because there are no directories and no staff to help you find things. I keep a list on my phone of all the things I buy and which aisle they are located in. The staff at the checkout lines (both serve and self-serve) are always very helpful. I try to go first thing in the morning before it gets busy, because the checkout lines can back up a good bit

Cheapest gas in the area and located next to the highway. Costco delivers even when gasoline is super overpriced in Colorado.

I just have the most uncomfortable experience checking out and this isn't the first time this has happened. Eddy needs to learn how to be patient because he feels it's absolutely necessary to rush customers, & cause anxiety, there's no reason why I should feel anxiety while checking out of a fucking Costco. DO BETTER! And on top of it why are you even rushing anybody you get paid hourly you dick?

The clerk in the return department, Jesse, gave me a terrible attitude when I asked for the fund to be in store-credit instead of back to my CC. I've always had a good experience at Costco, but this was probably the worst customer service I've ever interacted with here.

This COSTCO location is pretty good. Clean, big, and organized. The thing that really made my day, was this one had massage chairs. Legit,massage chairs, like the ones you find at American Furniture and you can dedicate a good half hour sinking in and getting a rub down in front of a bunch of strangers. Yep, they sell them at this locations. Con- no liquor store. Now if you ask me. Typically liquor stores and massage chairs might be a good pairing, but they may have intentionally not brought both to this location. Other than that. Pretty typical costco!

Costco has great prices on bulk items, and they seem to treat their employees fairly. They have really good values on some products and I like that they generally don't hassle you when you return a product. On the downside, they usually have really long lines and then they make you stand in yet another line to double check your receipt after you have checked out. Right now the gas prices are really good!

I grabbed a few things at Costo today and brought my one large resuable bag/box for the smaller items in my cart.Went to check out with Mike G., who was very unhappy about how I had organized my cart. He began throwing the peanut butters from the bottom of the cart into the top section, on top of the fish, bruising the fish. At this point I asked he needed any help, since he seemed agitated.He told me "You can't put things in here like this!" and then proceeded to pull the handle of my resuable bag angrily, so the handle ripped right off.I would have gladly helped get these specific items out if he had communicated instead of damaging the items I was purchasing along with the bag I brought. I'm sorry you're having a crappy day Mike G, but it's not appropriate to take this out on someone for organizing their cart differently than you'd like.

Have been to both of the doctors here. You can’t go wrong. They’re great, the desk staff is great. The glasses center is well organized and ran by friendly and helpful people. Have been going here for years and don’t intend to change any time soon. Would highly recommend!

I have been a member of Costco before they were even Costco (Pace Club) but I think I am now going to give up this membership. I have always purchased my eye glasses with them but NEVER again. The employee was so busy trying to tell me that my frames were not suitable, this after he manipulated them and tried to bend them as he made his decision whether they were 'worthy' or not. The frames were only a year old but he claims that due to face oils that the frames could be damaged. Puhleeze. If the frames you sell at your store get damaged due to 'face oil' after a year, then you sell some pretty cheap a&*s frames and I don't want to go there anyway. He must make commission selling these cheap frames (maybe to pay for his moustache). Stay away, goodbye Costco.

This place has 1 extremely rude employee! I usually encounter pleasant cashiers, but not today. The cashier-Kendra seem to dislike her job and took her frustration out on me. She acted as if helping me was a huge burden. She was so rude and unhelpful. During checkout, she was grumpy and and so unfriendly towards me. When she did speak, it was a huff and puff. I left so annoyed with her customer service, I should have told her to correct her rudeness towards customers and take a customer service 101 class cuz evidently she needs it. She spoke to me in a poor manner and spent her time talking to her co worker. I paid cash and went over to pull my cart towards me and she was like, "come over here and get your change" rudely. I was appalled. I took my change, said thank you and she looked away annoyed. WTF is her problem. AVOID KENDRA checking you out! Next time I see Kendra, I will def let her know she's a sucky cashier and a sucky human! I hope management reads this and corrects Kendra's behavior and attitude cuz she needs all the help she can get, she's koo koo in the head!

Great place to work at overall good pay and benefits. Technology is outdated from the 1980's or 90's which needs a refresh. Supervisor Misty kind of short is very nice and kind but very happy and laughs a lot which is contagious great lady to know. Overall nice employees if treated kindly.
