I hit a deer and had front end damage. The repair looks flawless. They even washed my car and cleaned the interior before giving it back which I appreciate. They had my car for one week which was less than I anticipated. Thanks!

Someone backed into my right front fender and damaged it. CCC did an amazing jog of replacing the fender and painting it! Looks like new again. They also did it a lot faster than a lot of other shops that I called.Service: Body & Trim

Someone backed into the right front quarter panel (Fender) of my **** Fusion and did $2,600 dollars worth of damage. I called several Auto Body shops and Coal Creek Collision could get the job done faster than the other shops that I called. So I used them and they did an amazing job of repair work and the car ************** again. Very honest and professional

We had our MBZ worked on for some front end damage. Cameron was FANTASTIC throughout the entire process. When I called around the first week of Jan to the "preferred list" of shops that our insurance co provided, no shop was willing to accept our vehicle to be towed in because they were too backlogged. Cameron made room and was able to start the tear down within a week after the insurance adjusted gave approval. There were a few hiccups waiting for parts from Mercedes and getting the sensors calibrated by the local Mercedes shop, but Cameron kept me informed and communicated every step of the way. While we "hope" we won't need Coal Creek's services again any time soon, if we do, they will be our first choice for an auto body shop!Service: Body & Trim

I had a fantastic experience with Steve! I had to have my handle painted asap because my car got broken into. Steve quickly took all my info, checked in with his coworker to see if they could paint it the same week and off I went. Within 3 days the part was taken care of. Steve also went the extra mile to talk with me about options for my car since my new door handle lock is now going to be different than my ignition and trunk. The fact he cared to ask and navigate the best solution for me was thoughtful and I really appreciated it. Should I ever need to get my car painted again I’ll definitely go back!Service: Painting

My car was parked and hit by a truck and knocked onto the sidewalk. I took it here as instructed by the insurance to get an estimate. I wasn't worried about the two minor dents but figured I'd get them looked at, but was mainly concerned about alignment. The guy that helped me, Steve Lucero, was instantly rude and didn't take me seriously. When I mentioned checking the alignment because it was knocked onto the sidewalk he said "I'm not doing that, if it needed an alignment it would look way worse." Anyone that's ever driven a car knows an alignment can get messed up if you hit a pothole, let alone if a semi truck hits your tiny sedan. When I asked if he could just check he said "It costs the same to check alignment as it does to fix it so no" Most places offer free alignment checks. He also talked about how he was booked "for months". I took my car in somewhere else because, as I stated, the alignment was my concern and I didn't trust anything he told me. When I picked up my car, they told me the alignment was really bad and it's a good thing I took it in. Go here if you want someone with no understanding of cars or people.

If being treated rudely is your thing, then this is the place for you! I was a long tome customer, like 20 years... I discovered they furloughed Mike who is a treasure, when I went in the spring of 2020. I assume it was the owner whom I dealt with. Was treated so very rudely. Was quoted way over what the repair should have cost. Then talked down to like I was too stupid to comprehend when I questioned their pricing. They used to have fair pricing and great customer service, especially with Mike running the shop. Funny how they can do easily miss the mark and loose a faithful customer. Read the recent reviews and see how they fall in line with being rude and overpriced. Shopper be ware!
