I will bring all my hardware and outdoor needs to this store in the future. The staff and management have made a Customer out of me.
I had a difficult online order with very little time to fill it .
Store personnel were helpful and courteous on the phone.
Additionally, when there was some
confusion over the inventory the Store
Manager made the situation more than a right.
So much appreciated.

I wanted a Weber natural gas grill, I first looked at the big box stores, while at home I saw a commercial on television for ACE hardware, I went online and found exactly what I was looking for. Placed my order, to my surprise, the store called me 2 days before the original delivery date that it was in and ready. The grill was delivered and put exactly where I wanted it. These guys are amazing! I will from this point forward shop at this ACE and not the big box stores. Their customer service is second to none!

I placed an order online for three products to be delivered to my home recently. Upon delivery only two of the three items were left. I contacted the local Ace Hardware to inquire about my third item as the online order showed as completed. The owner Linda not only made sure the third product was on my porch in two hours but also called me back to make sure I had received it. Great customer service! Thank you

Quite possibly the friendliest store I’ve ever been to. Every single employee greeted me and asked if I needed help finding anything. The manager stopped mid conversation when he saw me looking around for something. I’ll definitely be going back for all my hardware store needs.
